Nie wieder!
Pros:

Lage,Klimaanlage, Zimmergröße

Cons:

Es war nicht möglich die Zimmer zu verdunkeln! Es war für unsere 4 Kinder fast unmöglich einzuschlafen ! Ab 4 Uhr früh war es wieder Taghell im Zimmer mit Dachfenster über unseren Köpfen! Es war eine Katastrophe!!!

Apartamento muy cómodo y con todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia

Cons:

La ducha no tiene caída e inclinación adecuada para que el agua fluya hacía el desagüe y en consecuencia, cuando nos bañamos, se sale el agua al baño y es una incomodidad

Vienna in appartamento
Pros:

Posizione e struttura, a me piace molto anche il check in automatico in loco

Cons:

Purtroppo c'è l'indicazione per la colazione presso il ristorante sotto la struttura che però non è inclusa ma tende a creare una falsa immagine della struttura.

Solche Baustellen darf man nicht vermieten. DAS IST EINE ZUMUTUNG

Das Zimmer war eine einzige Baustelle. Löcher in den Wänden, kaputte Jalousien, keine Abdunkelung möglich, laute Baustelle , Steckdosen beschädigt, Thermostat hing aus der Wand ... etc

Cons:

We kwamen toe en er was een probleem met de pomp van het water, deze maakte enorm veel lawaai. Er was niemand aanwezig jammer genoeg maar we kregen wel een heel vriendelijke man aan de lijn die ons direct een nieuwe kamer gaf. Locatie is wel vrij ver van alles (ongeveer halfuurtje stappen), heel de straat lag open door werken, niks van winkeltje/bakker/restaurant in de straat, geen waterfles in de kamer, handdoeken/bed is in 4 nachten geen 1x vervangen

Contacless otel yaygınlaşınca alışabiliriz ama biz eski kafalılar için şimdilik yabancı bir model
Pros:

Sistemleri iyi çalışıyor. Seyahat öncesinde, check in ve check out sırasında sorun yaşamadım.

Cons:

1-Bagajın müşteriler için ücretli olması iyi değil. Bu en temel otelcilik hizmetlerinden biridir. Sadece burası için değil. Müşterilerine hiç bagaj emanet vermeyen ya da ücretli veren bütün konaklama tesisleri temelde etik bir kusur işliyor.
2-Otel, aynı zamanda bir iş merkezi olan binada kurulmuş. Geç saatlerde binaya giriş-çıkış için check-in odası kullanılabiliyor ama bu güvenli-iyi bir yol değil. Kart ile açma imkanı sağlanmalı.

Proper appartement op toplocatie
Pros:

De prijs.
Zeer ruim en proper appartement.
Badkamer was groot.
Goede bedden.
Locatie is super. Je bent onmiddellijk in het centrum en je hebt verschillende mogelijkheden qua openbaar vervoer.

Cons:

lamellen zijn niet verduisterend genoeg.
Misschien haakjes in de badkamer om de gebruikte handdoeken aan te hangen.

Awesome apartment close to the city center
Pros:

We found the apartment to be perfect for our 2 nights stay in Vienna. The location is perfect, 30 min walk from the city center, located in a nice area.
It was clean, spacious, and with the basic necessities.

Plenty of parking garages around the building; it was important for us to have a safe parking and it was definitely a good one (it’s called Garage Zrs). Would book again in the future.
