Pros:

дуже зручна розвʼязка(з аеропорту 15-20 хв, до вокзалу ЖД так само), просторий номеру, кухня невеличка, все чистенько (видно ,що ремонт не новий, але все охайно), швидка реєстрація ,безконтактна, сподобався персонал, а точніше їх оперативні відповіді, і вирішення всіх запитів від нас.

Cons:

були шумні роботи на вулиці ,які починались десь о 7 ранку.неможливо було спати. Але звернувшись до персоналу, з проханням пересилити в інший номер - нам одразу пішли на зустріч, що було дуже приємно.

Man konnte die Fußbodenheizung im Badezimmer nicht reduzieren, der Boden war wirklich heiß, barfuß stehen war nicht möglich

Die Unterkunft war insgesamt in Ordnung, allerdings dieses Mal leider nicht zu 100 % sauber. In den Ecken befanden sich Spinnweben und der Lüfter im Badezimmer war deutlich verschmutzt. Bei unserer Ankunft war das Apartment sehr kalt, und ohne Anleitung ist es schwierig, die Heizung richtig einzustellen – insbesondere im Badezimmer blieb der Heizkörper dauerhaft kalt. Außerdem fehlt im Schlafzimmer eine Schalterabdeckung, und der Verteilerkasten im Wohnzimmer ist recht laut, was störend ist, wenn man in der Nähe schlafen muss.

Ich war mäßig enttäuscht.
Pros:

Die Lage und Anbindung an ÖPNV war gut.

Cons:

Eine Tiefbau-Baustelle war direkt vor dem Haus mit entsprechendem Lärm.
Beim Betreten der Wohnung ragte die Sicherungskastenabdeckung in den Flur, er ließ sich nicht schließen.
Beim Duschkopf spritze das Wasser aus dem Schlauch.
An der Decke im Flur war eine kaputte Luke (keine Ahnung, was sich dahinter verbirgt).
Warum eine Schlafcouch in einer Ecke der Wohnung steht, statt dort einen Esstisch mit 2 Stühlen aufzustellen, bleibt unklar.

Cons:

Ho dato soltanto 1 punto allo staff semplicemente perché con l'utilizzo del codice lo staff non si vede, l'accoglienza di uno staff presente è un'altra cosa. Dalle foto e dalla descrizione mi aspettavo una camera diversa e più grande, con l'affaccio non interno cortile.. ..le troppe foto e le troppe tipologie fanno confusione al momento della scelta.

Pros:

Although parking is listed on the hotel’s page, the information turned out to be confusing. When we asked , we were given addresses of two parking areas located quite far from the hotel. Later, we found out that there is actually an underground parking garage right next to the property.

Tolle Wohnung für unsere Wien-Entdeckungsreise
Pros:

Feines Frühstück in Short Break Café nebenan. Sehr gut erreichbar (Strassebahn und Bus gleich um die Ecke). Trotz Grossbaustellle sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Eine bessere Verdunkelung der Fenster wäre allenfalls wünschenswert.

Bom alojamento, bem equipado, bons funcionários.
Pros:

O alojamento era muito bom com uma mini cozinha, equipada com microondas, máquina de café, uma casa de banho grande, camas muito confortáveis.

Cons:

A água do banho ficava logo fria (5 minutos) depois tínhamos de esperar para a água aquecer, se forem pelo menos 2 pessoas a tomar banho não é muito conveniente. Também chegamos tarde para fazer o check in (23h) e já não havia cartões na máquina do check-in, e por isso tivemos de telefonar para a assistência que foram muito atenciosos e rápido a atender. E ainda havia obras a decorrer em frente por isso de manhã fazia barulho.

Mutfak gereçleri olması çok iyiydi, kendimiz de yemek pisirebildik. Isıtma sistemi çok iyiydi.

Cons:

Konum olarak merkeze yürüme mesafesinde ama 20 DK sürebilir. Sabun ve duş malzemeleri ayrıca mutfak deterjani eksikti oda temizliği yapıldığında odaya koyulmuştu. Her gün temizlik yok 6 gecede sadece 1 gün oda temizlendi.

Assolutamente positivo. Bella esperienza. Lo raccomando
Pros:

Buona posizione, 20 minuti dal centro a piedi. Abbiamo avuto un problema con lo scarico della doccia però lo hanno risolto subito. Appartamento comodo e utile per poter cucinare, fornito di tutto.

Cons:

Una cosa che aggiungerei essendo un appartamento sono una scopa con paletta e magari qualche utensile in più.
