Magnífico
Pros:

Absolutamente todo, el cuarto de baño es espectacular, fue lo que más nos gustó de la estancia y aparte la habitación bastante amplia. Sin duda volvería!!

Cons:

Las almohadas son un poco finas, estaría bien que fueran más gruesas.

Pros:

The room was not very spacious, but still enough for three people. Directions were pretty straightforward, very easy too find. Guys on the phoneline were very helpful. Little downside were some signs of worn and torn in the room - broken socket, unstuck tiles in the bathroom, etc. Cleaning lady was super friendly!

Beware which side of the building the apartment is on.
Pros:

Easy check-in and check-out. Really comfortable bed. The kitchenette is also great.

Cons:

I've stayed here before and it was fantastic, but this time the apartment I stayed in was directly above the train tracks. I didn't realise that there were apartments on that side of the building. Although the windows were closed, it was only possible to sleep between 1:00am and 4:00am, when the trains weren't active.

Trotz der Abstriche war das Blackhome für meinen Wienaufenthalt perfekt und ich würde wiederkommen!
Pros:

Sehr netter Empfang durch eine unkomplizierte telefonische Hilfe beim Einchecken! Sowohl der Hauptbahnhof als auch das Burgtheater sind vom Blackhome mit der Tram gut zu erreichen. Mein Appartement (7.Etage, zum Hof hin) war angenehm ruhig. Das Bad ein hübscher „Tanzsaal“ mit riesiger „Duschecke“. Sehr gute Matratze! Überraschenderweise ein kleiner Balkon! Super freundliche Bedienung im Frühstückscafé!

Cons:

Auch wenn das Appartement architektonisch interessant ist, so ist es doch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Und für Gäste, die eine etwas persönlichere Atmosphäre bevorzugen, würde ich es nicht empfehlen. Auf jeden Fall sollte man eine Schlafbrille dabei haben, da sich der Raum nicht wirklich verdunkeln läßt. Das Frühstücksangebot ist eher unteres Level.

Pros:

Le confort des chambres, la disponibilité du personnel une fois le problème de la chambre (voir ci-dessous) réglé.

Cons:

La chambre proposée donnait sur la voie de chemin de fer (trains toute la nuit) et sur un chantier très bruyant ( marteau - piqueur…). Il était impossible de rester dans cette chambre très mal insonorisée. Heureusement on nous a proposé une autre chambre bien située suite à notre réclamation. Donc « happy end ».

Nos gustó que estaba bien equipado, cocina completa, baño moderno. La ubicación es buena para quien no quiere algo tan centrico pero a la vez de muy fácil acceso a todos los sitios más importantes. Super bien conectado

Cons:

La habitación que nos tocó estaba frente a las vías del tren y para quien tiene un sueño liviano le puede costar. Recomendaría que tengan jabón y shampoo que son cosas que hoy en día casi todos ofrecen.

Pros:

Spacious and well equipped apartment, good location, quite clean and comfortable.

Cons:

A bit confusing check-in (probably it's a good idea to send email also in English), not the best self check-in machine, but staff was very helpful. The shower also needs mold removal. There is a reconstruction outside now, so be ready for a noise burning the day.

Ideal für Kurzreisen
Pros:

Perfekt und gute zentrale Lage ,
Lage zum Hof sehr ruhig .Kleine Kuechenzeile war prima

Cons:

Unbedingt Zimmer zum Hof buchen ,
Die vorderen Zimmer liegen an Bahngleisen und zur Zeit waren dort auch noch Gleisarbeiten .

No habia amenities cuando en el anuncio ponia que sí las habia, las reclamé, me dijeron que llegarian al dia siguiente, nunca llegaron. Platos y cubiertos sucios
