Bardzo urokliwe miejsce w starej kamiennicy.
Pros:

Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Klimatyczne, ciekawe miejsce w starym stylu. Kuchnia z wyposażeniem, ciekawe pokoje.

Cons:

Jeśli ktoś oczekuje super luksusów, to nie tutaj. Ale obiekt w fajnym, starym stylu. Jedna łazienka na 7 osób, jest minusem, ale wynajmowaliśmy apartament zrobiony z normalnego mieszkania. Wysokie schody i brak windy utrudnił dostanie się na górę, ale to nie był duży problem.

Der Klopinselbehälter voll von Fökalien - nicht von uns!!!
Keine Garderobe, die Bank im Vorraum sehr schmuddelig.

Im Schlafzimner die Nachttische staubig und die Böden bei näherer Betrachtung ebenfalls

Prostornost celého apartmánu

Cons:

Apartmán neodpovídal fotografiím. Dle fotografií z bookingu měl být apartmán po rekonstrukci s moderním nábytkem, tapetami, atd. Náš apartmán měl mix novějšího a staršího nábytku s holými stěnami.

Centrale locatie naast metro en winkelstraat, schoon, ruime huiskamer/keuken, warm in winter.

Cons:

Jammer dat we maar 1 toilet is en 2 bedden dun matras hebben. Daarnaast deed bij ons CV het niet op de ochtend dat we vroeg wilden vertrekken. Met YouTube ketel weer aan de gang gekregen maar zag dat overhoud al ruim jaar geleden was.
En geen lift. Maar ondanks dit alles waren wij toch zeer tevreden!

Inakzeptable Wohnung und gesundheitsgefährdende Zustände

Leider nichts - nur die Lage

Cons:

- Übelster Gestank aus den Abflussen, das man sich fast übergeben muss - lt. Vermieter im Winter noch viel schlimmer
- 1 Tag lang keine Heizung und kein warmes Wasser
- Sehr viel Ungeziefer und Kakerlaken - überall in der Wohnung sind bereits Fallen aufgestellt
- Schwarzer Schimmel im Badezimmer
- gesundheitsgefährdende Zustände
- Stark abgewohnte, teils kaputte, zusammengestückelte und dreckige Möbel.
- Verdreckte und kaputte Matratzen - Kind hatte Stiche und/oder Bisse
