Pros:

De eigenares is zeer warm, vriendelijk en hartelijk. Ze was (meestal) bereikbaar via whatsapp. De accommodatie was basic prima.

Cons:

De geur van de berging, en van het putje in de badkamer. Het was minder praktisch als je de schuifraam op een kier moest zetten om binnen te kunnen in geval de deur dicht zou waaien (wat echt wel gebeurde met de wind) als je in het zwembad wilde en toch de airco wil aanlaten (waarvoor je elektronische sleutel in het station moest blijven om de elektriciteit aan te houden)

Truly exceptional
Pros:

Simply impeccable! Spacious, very well equipped, ultra-modern, high-quality, and with breathtaking views of the sea and the surrounding mountains, this accommodation is most definitely one of the easiest 10s I have ever awarded! The location is super-convenient, not just to reach the local town of Makry-Gialos (5-10' drive), but also to explore the whole of the less touristy but absolutely spectacular region of South-Eastern Crete. Add to that the amazing hosts (who also own one of the best fish tavernas in the area - a must-visit!), and you've got everything one may possibly need in a dream holiday! We shall definitely return, and we will most certainly look no further!

Pros:

New property, well designed, fully equipped, spotless clean, hospitable host, lovely view.

Cons:

We were positively surprised to find some 'welcoming chocolates' in the flat. Although we really appreciate the gesture, we would prefer some more healthy and local options (e.g. fruit, dry fruit, etc.).

Great stay!
Pros:

Excellent hosts offering us an unforgettable stay. We stayed at the 2 bed apartment on the ground floor, apartment is brand new and clean with its balcony overlooking the sea. Location is ideal as the area is quiet and a couple of good beaches and restaurants are 10 min drive as well as the central street connecting Makrygialos with Ierapetra and Sitia is nearby.

Everything was great.

Perfect place to really relax.
Pros:

We stayed at the family room. Perfect for a family, plenty of amenities to make you feel like home(dishwasher, washing machine, electric iron, kitchen equipment, etc). Excellent view, very quiet and within 5 min distance by car to several beaches in makry gialos area. Maria the hostess was very welcoming and provide us with all the little details and secrets according to our personal interests! Great experience and very relaxing holidays!
