A beautiful, well-designed apartment with breathtaking mountain views, complete amenities, and a peaceful atmosphere
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment. The view was absolutely stunning and made the drive up totally worth it for us. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, with everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Check-in and check-out were very smooth. There are two balconies in this apartment that we’ve booked and the large private balcony was a highlight in this specific apartment — it had comfortable reclining chairs and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the breathtaking scenery. The road to the chalet is a bit steep, and while it wasn’t bad in summer, it might be more challenging in winter if there’s snow and the host provided explanation with pictures on how to reach the apartment. Overall, a fantastic stay and highly recommended for those who love mountain views and peaceful surroundings.

Pros:

We had a lovely stay. Beautiful view if the weather allows. Everything was clean, with a nice hot shower and a good seating area in the kitchen. I also liked ski room with possibility to dry your ski boots.

Worth every cent!
Pros:

The apartment is very thoughtfully furnished and ideal for a family of 4. Every bedroom has an adjacent bathroom with rainshower and regular shower handle. One of the best things about this apartment is the setting on the mountain slope and the windows - it has multiple to all sides as well as a 3/4 surround balcony. The view is amazing!

The kitchen is equipped with all necessary cooking tools.

The beds were fully made and very comfortable.

The nearest lift station (Möslbahn) is 5 minutes by car and the nearest ski bus station is also about 10 minutes away by foot.

Also very useful is the keysafe in front of the main door.

The team was always and very responsive with precise and helpful feedback.

It is perfectly stay for family with kids. Easy to find. Skibus is near by, but it is preferable to get there by car
Pros:

Cons:

We’ve got apartment on the ground floor (windows to parking side, noise from ski room and walking by people - weren’t so pleasant ).

Normal experience
Pros:

1) Self catering.
2) Panoramic views.
3) Balcony surrounded the chalet. (only second floor - 2 Bedrooms) + additional terrace.
4) Full Kitchenette
5) Heating system
6) Smart TV, YouTube , Netflix …etc
7) Quick support/respond by the owner either text or WhatsApp for any inquiries

Cons:

1) Washing machine only by inserting coins € 1 for one wash .. make sure that you have enough coins for your wash!
2) Dangerous road tell you get there! only one lane and could be used by buses, trucks as well !!
3) Insurance deposit was € 500(Too much honestly)! almost the same of my rental amount for 4 days € 549 😁
and at the end the full amount was returned.
4) Noises from the neighbors on the top floor, you could here them talking, laughing and walking inside their apartment! the flooring wasn’t fully insulated.
5) Small seating area.
6) Uncomfortable sofa!

NOT RECOMMENDED FOR FAMILY WITH CHILDREN!

New Year's Eve in the mountains
Pros:

New apartament is situated high with beautiful overlooking the valley and mountains. There is very quiet. About 300 m from apartament it is ski bus stop to Möslbahn ( about 3 km - 8 minutes by bus) or down to Hippach/ Ramsau im Zillertal. In Möslbahn is free parking for skiers and ski rental. Shops and restaurants are at the bottom of valley. The owner quickly helped to fix the failure in the bathroom by phone.

Cons:

In the holiday hause are 3 apartaments for 3 floors. It is not precisely described in the offer. But it is not big problem.
