The staff at the hotel especially Eleana, the owners daughter, were fantastic very friendly and helpful. In our room kitchenette our frying pan needed replacing and they went out and bought us a good new one straight away! As it was August parking was very busy but they let me park right next to the hotel in the owners parking space. The beds were really comfortable with 2 separate air conditioning units one for upstairs and one for downstairs (we had a duplex apartment). The swimming pool area was always very clean and great for families or just to relax. The location of the hotel is superb, only 2 minutes from the port of Nikiana and close to cafes and restaurants etc but set back from the main road so no noise from there.
The main area of improvement that this hotel has to focus on is the breakfast which was included in our booking. It really is not up to standard compared to the rest of the hotel and it lets it down badly. I heard other guests complaining to themselves about this so it was not just our family that struggled to like anything. The fried eggs were literally cooked to bullets, so forget about sunny side up! Everything was the cheapest quality, even the coffee was insipid and almost undrinkable. The juices were just fruit sugar solutions and there was mainly a lot of very sweet (cheap) small cakes for breakfast. The cheese was packet sliced "Gouda" that tasted like rubber and the small squares of white "feta" on offer puts shame to its name. This is such a disappointment and let down for an otherwise lovely hotel. If you can book without breakfast I would strongly recommend that. This is why I have given the hotel 8/10 overall.
There is no main beach with sand all are with pebbles, the best one locally being nearly 1 km away with limited sunbeds so get there early. However the seawater is beautifully clear and clean with a multitude of fish swimming around.

Personalul este de nota 10 - te ajuta cu tot ce ai nevoie si cu sfaturi pretioase despre atractiile de neratat de pe insula .
Curatenie impecabila : zilnic se intra pt gunoi, se schimba prosoapele si se completeaza consumabilele ; se schimba lenjeria la nevoie ,aspirat , spalat pe jos la cateva zile .
Baia si dusul sunt spatioase, balconul deasemenea, bucataria e separata si dotata cu tot ce ai nevoie pentru a prepara / servi masa : plita, frigider maricel, vase de gatit, vesela fierbator, cafetiera .
Hotelul are parcare proprie +o mica parcare publica gratuita in spate - mereu am gasit loc .
Piscina nu am testat o dar totul arata impecabil Apa era mereu curata , sezlonguri libere suficiente , barul cochet si shake ul de la bar delicios .
Aici as sugera ore de linsite pentru siesta ,am prins niste copii dar si adulti cam galagiosi 🫣😅
Micul dejurn e suficient de variat.,cu produse proaspete , gustoase .
Cafeaua cam slabuta dar am avut cafetiera in camera deci nu ne a deranjat .
Uscator pe balcon , gardul viu asigura intimitate si e si dragut dar cam adaposteste țantarii 😅 , noroc cu plasele si oblonul .
Multumim pentru primire si felicitari intregii echipe : de la doamnele / domnul de la receptie la fata de la bar, de la servit masa si curatenie , toti ne au facut sa ne simtim ca acasa .

Izolarea fonica
Nikiana is small town, not having too much crowds and it's calm, the hotel is near the main street and shops, also 5-15mins walk from the beach, (depends on which one).
You will receive information about restaurants, beaches and cruises at reception. Clean rooms, good breakfast, nice service. Excellent location, parking. The room was with mountain view , kitchen and refrigerator.

Camerele sunt mari, piscina este excelentă. Am stat doar o noapte . Pentru noi totul a fost în regulă.
It was beautifully appointed with a gorgeous pool area, 50 metres from the main road shops and about 200 metres from the harbour and restaurants. The staff were cheerful and helpful.
Nothing! Breakfast could be a little more imaginative with a few changes in the week but that is a minor comment.
The rooms were very clean
Breakfast can be so much better, the coffee specifically is very watery like americano... the milk is only cold

God beliggenhed, hyggelige restauranter og strand i nærheden.
Ikke langt til Lefkas by eller Nidri. Men god ide at have bil.
Morgenmaden kunne være lidt bedre.
Totul modern, nou si curat(hotelul este construit in 2025). Locuri de parcare suficiente, locatie buna, mic dejun foarte bun, piscina impecabila, personal ambil.A fost cel mai bun sejur al nostru in Grecia.Vom reveni!
