Pros:

Heerlijke appartementen en fijn balkon. Sauna is heel fijn. Locatie super dicht bij de gondel en parkeren was prima geregeld. Koffie en broodjes service heel fijn. Personeel ook allemaal top!

Sehr schönes Apartment. Modern eingerichtet. Es war sehr ruhig im Apartment selbst, man hat die anderen Gäste nicht gehört.

Es war rundum schön und angenehm.
Pros:

Der Skiraum war überfüllt mit Fahrrädern. Beim Melden wurde sofort nach einer Lösung gesucht. Das fand ich toll. Daa Appart ist gut eingerichtet und wunderschön gestaltet.

Cons:

Der Bodenbelag auf den Gängen ist nicht ideal. Teppich wäre gut, dass es die Geräusche der Rollkoffer besser dämpft. Das Wasser im Pool war viel zu kalt und ich habe ein Sprudelbad vermisst.

Sehr schöne Location mit freundliche Personal.
Pros:

Kristina, die Reception Leiterin ist sehr freundlich, kompetent und zuvorkommend. Sie ist das Aushängeschild vom VAYA St. Zeno. Wir habe uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Küche ist sehr zu empfehlen. Sehr gute Qualität und raffiniert. Auch das
Reinigungspersonal ist sehr hilfsbereit!
Herzlichen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt! Wir haben schon für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht!

prima voor een paar overnachtingen. hou er rekening mee dat je wat achteraf zit. mee dat mee dat je iets

netjes en schoon! heerlijk terras en goede faciliteiten op de badkamer.

Cons:

iets te achteraf. einde van het dorp . onbemande receptie, aangezien het een bijgebouw is.
ietwat kleine douche voor 1,86 personen.

Świetny apartament do spędzenia miłego czasu ze znajomymi lub rodziną!

Mieszkanie nowoczesne, dobrze wyposażone, w kuchni nic nie brakowało. Piękny widok. Obiekt oddalony 5 minut od centrum (300-400m) stąd w mieszkaniu było komfortowo cicho

Wieczorami nie był dostępny bar, ale to z racji okresu niskiego sezonu.

Pros:

Отличный завтрак. Много чего есть, всё своевременно пополняется. На завтрак нужно ходить в главное здание, которое в 5ти минутах, но в крутую гору. Помогает увеличить аппетит) Хорошая сауна, можно сделать жарко. Турецкая тоже не плохая. Лаундж зона тоже хорошая, с лежаками, чаем, водой, орешками.

Cons:

В гостиной комнате используется раскладной диван для сна, он достаточно скрипучий, но он нужен только, если вас больше 4х человек или две пары. В другой комнате большая двухспальная и двухъярусная кровати.

Pros:

Die Lage ist top, Betten bequem

Cons:

1. Die Wohnung war nicht sauber, überall war Staub und sogar alte pommes frites waren im Backofen. Der Esstisch war klebrig und der Rahmen des Fensters dreckig.
2. Wir waren 4 Personen uns wurde aber nur für 2 Personen der Code für die super Sommer cards zugeschickt. Da mussten wir wieder zur Rezeption. Dann haben wir die Mängel mitgeteilt und darauf hin wollten sie einen Handwerker über der Mittagszeit in unsere Wohnung schicken, damit er dies anschaut obwohl wir den Schaden nicht gemacht haben. Und zu guter letzt, habe sie uns für den Brötchenservice 6 Euro zuviel verrechnet, was für uns bedeutete, wieder zur Rezeption gehen zu müssen und wieder Zeit verloren haben. Entschuldigt haben sie sich auch nicht. Für diesen hohen Betrag haben wir eindeutig eine bessere Leistung erwartet.
