Pros:

Apartment is nice tidy and clean, really good size and good view, convient for cooking ourselves; Facilities, like sauna room, kitchen, dishwasher are all in good condition!

People are nice and quick response in whatsapp or booking, answering questions abt the ski/commute/food ect. Very responsible admin team.

Easy to find, and ski room is clean and tidy as well, 5min walk to mountain ski in, close to equipment rental as well.

Pros:

Die Gastgeber sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei jeder Frage habe ich eine umfassende Lösung parat. Alles ist sauber. Die Einrichtung ist zeitgemäß und praktisch eingerichtet. Insbesondere die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir konnten für unseren Skitag am Tag der Abreise sogar etwas verlängern und dort parken. Jederzeit komme ich gerne wieder!

Pros:

Die schöne und sehr saubere Ferienwohnung ( 2.Etg.) liegt oberhalb von Sölden, dadurch hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf die nähere Umgebung und das nicht nur vom Balkon. Durch den Schrägaufzug kommt man gut zu der Straße, in der man wohnt, allerdings muss noch ein kurzer, steiler Anstieg bewältigt werden. Die Sommercard ermöglicht einen entspannten Aufenthalt, da man z.B.das Motorradmuseum, Bäder/Seen, Busse und Seilbahnen ( mehrere an einem Tag) sehr gut nutzen kann. Das Oetztal ist ein sehr schönes Wander- und Bikergebiet. Auch an die Kinder wurde an den oberen Seilbahnstationen gedacht.

Cons:

Die Betten sind sehr niedrig und etwas durchgelegen und es gibt keine Verdunklungsgardinen bzw. dunkle Rollos, sodass man im Sommer sehr zeitig munter wird - uns wurde aber gesagt, dass demnächst beides geändert wird.

Ski-in , ski-out possibillity, friendly staff, big appartments, with a great views from the balcony, cozy spa and quiet environment

Cons:

Lift to the city center working in limited hours so after 9pm someone must walk up to the hotel what is not alweays so convenient especially after a long day on skis
