We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The swimming pool was clean, well maintained, and a great place to relax. The reception staff were warm, friendly, and professional, always happy to help and making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent hospitality. We highly recommend this hotel and would be delighted to stay here again.

Decent value and well located close to the airport and downtown - would be prepared to stay again.

Mahmoud and Mira on reception were attentive and helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast was poor, as there were not basic items readily available (it was limited in scope) and the hygiene was below standard. The staff in the restaurant spent too much time chatting to each other and not enough time paying attention to guest needs.

Spa inside .staff is very very friendly

Cons:

The room was feeling like smocking . Everywhere in hotel I felt like it’s for smocking - in all Egypt probably like this. In breakfast it was many Egyptian talking loudly -not hotel guests .
