Pros:

Great location in Finikounta
Pros:

Very spacious room, simple but with all the comforts. The balcony is also very spacious and enjoyable. The hotel is located in the center of the village, just a few steps from Finikounta beach. The lady who runs it has always been kind and helpful.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the balcony doesn’t have an awning to provide shade, so it’s too hot to have breakfast outside.

Ωραία τοποθεσία
Pros:

Καθαρό, τέλεια τοποθεσία δίπλα σε σούπερ μάρκετ κ λίγα μέτρα από το κέντρο της Φοινικούντας κ την παραλία. Έχει ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ.. πολύ χρήσιμο αν το επισκεφθείτε high season. Απέναντι από το δημοτικό πάρκινγκ επίσης κ δίπλα σε εκκλησία και atm. Σεντόνια κ πετσέτες κάθε τρεις μέρες αλλά τα σκουπίδια τα έπαιρναν καθημερινά. Το παράθυρο είχε και σίτα.

Cons:

Θα μπορούσε να ήταν πιο φθηνό σύμφωνα με τις παροχές κ την εποχή (τέλος Αυγούστου).
Το air-condition ήταν πολύ θορυβώδες.

Pros:

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο, με καθημερινό σκούπισμα και άδειασμα κάδων (εμείς μείναμε μόνο 2 μέρες οπότε δεν χρειαστήκαμε αλλαγή σεντονιών και πετσετών). Ήταν πολύ ευρύχωρο για 3 άτομα, σε απόσταση αναπνοής από το κέντρο του χωριού με τα πόδια και δίπλα σε ένα μεγάλο σούπερ μάρκετ και μια εκκλησία και ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ ακριβώς απέναντι. Γενικά, μείναμε πάρα πολύ ευχαριστημένοι από το δωμάτιο

Cons:

Όλα ήταν μια χαρά, 2 καλοπροαίρετες παρατηρήσεις μόνο, όταν έχεις κουζινάκι στο δωμάτιο είθισται να υπάρχει υγρό και σφουγγάρι ήδη στον νεροχύτη και επιπλέον, θα βοηθούσε μια επιτοίχια έστω απλώστρα στο μπαλκόνι γτι ειδικά το καλοκαίρι με τόσες πετσέτες, μαγιό, κλπ. τα κάγκελα και το σκοινί που είναι κρεμασμένο σε πολύ χαμηλό ύψος δεν επαρκούν.

Πολύ καλή η τοποθεσία σε κεντρικό σημείο με εύκολη πρόσβαση σε όλα τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος.
Καθαρό δωμάτιο και ευγενικό προσωπικό.
Μας αναβαθμισαν το δωμάτιο σε ένα μεγαλύτερο κατόπιν παράκλησής μας λόγω του ότι είχαμε μικρό παιδί.

Cons:

Μικρές πρακτικές ελλείψεις (όπως για παράδειγμα μια κρεμάστρα ή καλόγερος για ρούχα, ένα ραφάκι στο μπάνιο για να ακουμπάμε τα πράγματά μας, ένα σφουγγάρι κι ένα υγρό για να πλένουμε τα πιάτα)

Finikounta nice place people made you welcome.
Pros:

Location very good and parking

Cons:

Motor bikes noisy at night by hotel. Up to 3 in the morning. No kettle, bathroom shower needs wet room no shower gel. No tea clothes in kitchen. Room could do with a comfy seat in. Breakfast bar to high for seats.

Pros:

The apartment is located only few meters from the sea and the road where are all the restaurants, cafe and shops. There is a big supermarket beside where you can buy anything you need. Very important also that there is free parking place across the hotel.
