Apartment had everything we needed. It was clean. It was also roomy enough to hang out with friends. TV with plenty of channels if you get bored before bed. Location is as always not in Kopaonik, but you get private parking with a ramp. A local market with anything you might need is just a 2 minute walk away.
It's not a hotel so since we arrived the place did not get cleaned and the towels weren't replaced for 4 nights. Not sure what the cutoff point is for getting a cleanup, so if you care for it you should ask about it if you intend to stay for longer.
Dispenser soap is as always unusable - but you can get your own regular soap from the local store.
Apartman je bio uredan i dobro opremljen, ispred se nalazi veliki parking na kojem uvijek ima dovoljno mjesta. Vlasnici su pristupacni i pomoci ce vam sto god trebate i sto tako u jednu toplu prostoriju nude vam da ostavite skije i pancerice preko noci sto puno olaksava. Market je jako blizu smjestaja kao i autobusna stanica. Sve preporuke!

Very clean, apartment matches the photos. You’ll have everything you need to prepare simple meals in the kitchen.
Only downside is the small boiler, so you will have to shower quickly, especially if you’re a group of several people.

Small-sized water heater, hot water would barely be enough for one shower.
We asked for a room for four. The couch would turn into a bed but it was not big enough for two people to sleep in.

1.Not very close to the sky slopes , you must either go by car or by shuttle. Distance to slopes is 7 km
2.Although the facilities are open for 4 years, the restaurant is still not open, so you cannot eat there. However there are few restaurants around, at walking distance, some really close (100 meters) and others not more than 5 min away.
3. If you ski, there is no heated room to leave your ski boots over the night, so you must find other arrangements.
