Amazing experience !
Pros:

Everything from arrival to the staff was wonderful. The apartment was visually beautiful. Fast communication and helpfulness.
Everything you need for a vacation is nearby. Beautiful beach just a short walk from the apartment. Great restaurants and food. Thank you!

Pros:

Fantastic location, very close to the beach and all shops restaurants very close,perfect as this was a apartment we needed groceries .shops were down stairs.there was a fresh butchers short walk.we loved it.staff were very polite and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

No washing machine but that's minor.

Very new and very clean.
Extremely nice and friendly people however the name Semiso Beach Suites is somewhat misleading as it is fairly far from the beach and one needs to walk / run dangerously across one of the busiest highways in Crete to get there. Also the location and the views next to an industrial looking car wash and gas station was not nice.
At night I was kept awake by mopeds, without mufflers, racing by the property sometimes even after 01:00 am

Cons:

Sea view if you stand on your toes.
Way too noisy and busy location

Great place!
Pros:

Great stay with every possible amenity, so much space, a nice balcony, big bathroom..: Quick communication, own parking space. All in all: Very nice stay!

Obiekt był bardzo czysty, stosunkowo nowoczesny i ładny. Świetna lokalizacja, wokół bardzo dużo dobrych knajp, sklep w budynku i bardzo blisko plaża.

Cons:

Brak okna w jednej sypialni i słaba wentylacja.

Modern and clean (literally and in design), everything felt brand new.
The area is a bit noisy at times due to the road and the petrol station, but soundproofing kept most of it out.
The location has everything you need at a walking distance, and you can relatively easily arrange daytrips to most of places in the island.

Cons:

At some time in the nighttime, there was a weird (definitely unpleasant) smell in the area, but that is not really a problem of the specific facility.

I recommend
Pros:

Very good and stylish apartments. With private parking lot. There are everything you need, all the kitchen utilities, shampoo and shower gel. Comfortable bed. Good location, bakery, cafes and supermarket almost in the same building. I liked everything, but for some people it could be noisy at night because of the busy street. And of course, friendly hosts, easy communication. We received welcome gifts at arrival and biscuits. It was perfect!
About the beach, if you walk it’s approximately 5 minutes (depending how fast you will cross the road). But we took your car and rode to different beach - Episkopi beach, about 10 minutes with car, you can park on street for free and can choose one of many beach bars.
