Pros:

Τίποτα ! Απαίσιος χώρος ! Απαίσιο προσωπικό ! Καθόλου ευγενικοί ! Χάσιμο χρόνου και χρημάτων ! Αποφύγετε το οπωσδήποτε! Μη σπαταλήσετε τα λεφτά σας άδικα ! Υπάρχουν καλύτερα καταλύματα . Η χειρότερη εμπειρία . Δώστε τα χρήματα σας και τον χρόνο σας.

Cons:

Απαίσιο κατάλυμα ! Απαίσιο προσωπικό και χώρος ! Αποφύγετε το οπωσδήποτε! Χάσιμο χρόνου και χρημάτων ! Don’t waste your time and your money guys ! Trust me !

Nel complesso accettabile x il tempo inesistente praticamente trascorso al interno

Forse l’unica cosa positiva era la posizione

Cons:

Intanto accoglienza inesistente e né tanto meno sottolineato che bisognava andare nel altro struttura x riuscire a recuperare le chiavi, niente fornelli, tostapane che attaccavamo alla presa e saltava in continuazione la corrente, ogni volta che facevamo la doccia acqua da tutte le parti e odore un po’ sgradevole

Good value, helpful staff
Pros:

Location was great, very close to the beach/water, and the Bar was super chill.
I also liked the friendliness of the staff, as well as their help when needed.

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit old, didn't seem very kept and would need a renovation. The shower was also pretty bad, requires a bit of renovation as well.

You're better off in a tent
Pros:

Nothing functioned as it should (shower head sprayed in every direction, the bed and pillows were uncomfortable, wifi didn't work, the toilet tank wouldn't fill and it leaked out the back). No loo roll (after travelling all day to get there, the first thing you need is to go to the loo, not a single loo roll is provided)

Cons:

Kavos is kitchy anyhow, and far from any good places on the island. You don't want to be based there.

Bel emplacement pour visiter le sud de l’île. Proximité des restaurants..

Emplacement, propreté, dimension, accueil.

Μακριά!!!!! Ποτέ μην μείνετε σε αυτό το "ξενοδοχείο"
Pros:

Το προσωπικό προσπάθησε να λύσει τα προβληματα που προέκυπταν αλλά χωρίς επιτυχία

Cons:

Φτάνοντας εκεί βλέπουμε ότι στις φωτογραφίες είναι διαφορετικό το διαμέρισμα σαν τοποθεσία από αυτό που βλέπουμε στις φωτογραφίες... Η θάλασσα και η πισίνα είναι ένα τετράγωνο μακριά και το ετοιμόρροπο κτήριο που μείναμε καμία σχέση δεν έχει με αυτό στις φωτογραφίες ... Επισυνάπτω και φωτογραφίες του πραγματικού κτηρίου... πάλι καλά που δεν μας έβαλαν σε κανένα υπόγειο....Το δωμάτιο το πρώτο που μείναμε ήταν βρώμικο και η πόρτα του μπάνιου δεν έκλεινε... Κακό συντηρημένο όσο δεν πάει.... Ζητήσαμε να μας μεταφέρουν σε άλλο δωμάτιο και μας είπαν ότι θα το καθαρίσουν καλύτερα και θα πηγαίναμε την επόμενη μέρα... Έτσι φτάνει η επόμενη μέρα και αλλάζουμε δωμάτια... Καλύτερο δωμάτιο καθαρό και κλείνει και η πόρτα του μπάνιου... Μπαίνουμε να κάνουμε μπάνιο και ..... Πλημμυρίζει όλο το μπάνιο γιατί δεν τραβούσε τα νερά... Απελπίστηκαμε και αλλάξαμε ξενοδοχείο... Εμείς δεν θα μείνουμε ποτέ ξανά εκεί και δεν το προτείνουμε πουθενά!!!! Μακριά!!!!!!

I would recommend staying here
Pros:

The room and bathroom were big. Very close to the beach, beach bar, free pool, 5€ sunbed at the beach. Kavos is a loud place but the room was very quiet, good sound proof. People were nice and welcoming. The room was pretty clean. The balcony was nice and the air conditioning worked great.

Cons:

Very few minuses. The bathroom looked a bit rough but it was big and everything worked. Some water was leaking out of the upstairs balcony but it got fixed. Had to wait a bit for the room to be ready but they offered us free drinks in nice Greek fashion. All in all I would recommend staying here.

La détente !
Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal au bout de la ville mouvementée le soir, calme et à deux pas de la plage. L’établissement propose une vingtaine de sunbed limitant l’affluence. Le must la gentillesse de la famille propriétaire et le personnel au petit soin. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Pros:

La nevera a pesar de ser muy pequeña enfría demasiado!

Cons:

No sé por dónde empezar.. El baño .. la ventana no cerraba, por lo que podía entrar alguien en la habitación. El baño es un desastre, nos duchábamos con chanclas por qué era imposible pisar ese suelo, el baño se mojaba entero cuando te duchabas, teníamos que sacar hasta el papel para que no se mojara.
Cocina.. no se para que esta si no sirve de nada, no se puede cocinar..el único punto a favor la nevera!
El balcón, con unas vistas.. fatal.. a unos pisos medio en ruinas!
Yo pensé que la playa y piscina estarían bajo del apartamento/ habitación, pero no! Están a unos minutitos andando y se comparte la piscina con otros apartamentos que tiene y está abierta al público también!
Aparcamiento bastante mal, pero con un poco de suerte aparcas!
