The perfect vacation!
Pros:

Staff was super friendly & very accommodating! Our rooms were exceptionally cleaned everyday & given lots of towels, our housekeeper even found us some washcloths per our request! Very pleased with your customer service!

Pros:

Next to the beach and really near to the main street, quiet naberhood, clean, friendly and helpful staff, big room, playground. Definately would recommend.

Cons:

Pool was rather cold, beds were a bit hard, walls are thin.

Pros:

What a wonderful stay! The service was truly beautiful, we felt so welcome. Very child friendly both staff and facility wise. The rooms were well equipped and even had nescoffee machines. Late checkout and any of our requests were attended to quickly and kindly. The facilities were well kept, and beautiful with nice gardens and sea view.

The staff was extremely helpful and polite ,Kateryna housekeeper was very lovely and did exceptionally good job. Gentlemen in reception ( sorry don't remember name) also was extremely nice and helpful

Valitsisimme hotellin uudelleenkin.
Pros:

Majoituspaikan henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä, erityisesti eräs siivoja. Lapsiin suhtauduttiin hyvin. Kaikkialla oli siistiä. Uima-allas alueella oli pieni lasten allas, jossa taapero viihtyi hyvin, lisäksi hotellin oma ranta oli kiva lisä. Leikkipuistosta lapsi tykkäsi myös paljon. Hotellin sijainti oli loistava, vilkkaampi katu oli riittävän lähellä, mutta hotellin alue oli rauhallinen. Bussilla pääsi helposti Hanian keskustaan, pysäkki oli lähellä.
Huoneen keittiössä oli pieni määrä astioita, joilla pärjäsi hyvin, kun söi suuremmat ruuat ravintoloissa.
Hotellilla oli oma pieni pysäköintialue.

Cons:

Hotellihuoneemme oli alimmassa kerroksessa uima-allas näkymällä, terassi oli hieman maanpinnan alapuolella, viimeisinä päivinä muurahaiset pääsivät sisälle (leivänmurujen perässä) ja tulivat keittiötasolle. Siivooja kuitenkin auttoi myrkyttämällä muurahaisia.

Pros:

God beliggenhed ned til stranden med restaurant og dejlig brus fra havet. Gode restauranter, også autentiske græske samt butikker og gode indkøbsmuligheder.
Dejlig roligt om aftenen, pæn opførelse af hotel gæster.

Siisti hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla meren rannassa. Palvelut ja ravintolat lähellä. Bussilla näppärästi Haniaan. Kaikki toimi kuten pitikin.

Cons:

Huoneen äänieristys oli melko olematon, mutta onneksi naapurit olivat hiljaisia. Leivänpaahdin olisi ollut tarpeellinen.

- Crete, I expected more from Crete. Many tourists and especially Finns like that, but there was nothing original.
- Of course there was beautiful, but maybe I am too old that touristy places.

Fantastic stay, brilliant location and super helpful staff.
Pros:

It ticked all the boxes for our group including our friend who has mobility issues and her two year old granddaughter! Excellent location and super friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and clean room. Hotel right on the beach but lovely pool too! Walking distance to shops and other restaurants.

Cons:

Breakfast and food options were very good (as opposed to exceptional)!

We should have stayed longer
Pros:

Great and well managed. The bar staff at the beach were amazing as was Thanos and the team in the office. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We will be back next year already booked.

L'appartamento su 2 piani era molto comodo per una famiglia di 3.
Lo staff molto accogliente e molto disponibile. Tutti giorni ci cambiavano anche gli asciugamani per il mare/ piscina.
Ottima posizione- si può passare dal mare / camera/ piscina in continuazione.
Siamo stati benissimo.
Lo raccomando a tutto le famiglie o coppie.
