Für eine einfache Reinigung des Zimmers, die nicht mal 5 Minuten gedauert hat und auch nicht besonders gründlich war, wurden 110 Euro zusätzlich berechnet. Wegen dieses Betrags ist die ganze Freude an der Reise verloren gegangen.😫😤🖕👎👎

Tolle Unterkunft für uns als Gruppe
Pros:

Sehr schönes und voll ausgestattetes Apartment , das für uns keine Wünsche offen gelassen hat mit wunderbarem Ausblick. Busstation direkt vor der Unterkunft.

מלון נקי, דירה טובה לטיולים באזור ונוף מדהים
Pros:

דירה נקייה 2 חדרי שירותים, נוף מהמם וקרובה מאוד למלון אלפין שבו יש מסעדה כשרה.
חניה חינם, מיקום מעולה ליציאה לטיולים באזור. כרטיס הקיץ של שלאדמינג.
הדירה ממוקמת על ההר ולא בעירה עצמה למי שזה חשוב.

Cons:

בהזמנה כתוב שיש תנור ולא היה תנור בפועל, לא נתנו לנו פתרון בקבלה - אמרו שזו טעות בבוקינג...
יש 2 חדרי שירותים , באחד מהחדרי שירותים היה ריח לא טוב - תיקנו ביום שבו התלוננו ואח"כ זה חזר על עצמו.

Clean, spacious and fresh apartment, would totally book again

Overall we were very satisfied with our stay. The apartment was clean, fresh, good vibes in general. We found the big table and huge couch in the living room super useful to fit and entertain a group of 8.

Cons:

There were minor inconveniences only:
- the huge TV in the living room offered no screen-sharing for apple devices, it seemingly also had internet disabled, so we couldn't access any streaming apps.
- the bathroom situation requires planning for larger groups as one out of the two bathrooms is located in one of the rooms.

Pros:

The location and views were beatiful. Our rooms were very nice, clean and it still smelled new when you entered the apartmen. Also whole hotel was beatiful and new. No complains here, we had a big apartmen with 2 bathrooms for a good price. Big bonus is sommer card, we also chose this accomodation because of it, you have a lot of atractions and cable cars for free in the region, also for Dachstein which was great.

Cons:

We were missing dish soap and sponge in the kitchen.
They want 300€ deposit, which is a lot, but they returned us everything back so no problem here.
The sofa was small for 4 people.

Big disappointment, very suspicious circumstances, be careful to check everything upon arrival!

In the beginning, it appeared to be a nice facility with good location. Well, location did not change during our stay so it was great to ski out and in. The rest, however...

Cons:

They block a 300 EUR deposit on your credit card upon arrival. That opens up the chance for the good old trick of charging you for some damage that was already there when you arrive but which you did not notice. When you leave you are notified about the (pre-existing) damage and charged for the 'repair costs' (if they repair anything at all). That's what happened to us as well. Moreover, the heating in the bathroom was completely, all the time, switched off, and during the night it was switched off in the whole apartment (with -15 outside...) and they provided 2 dishwasher tablets for 4 days. Pathetically mean for this much money...
