Pros:

Pobyt byl vynikající, paní recepční Rafaela, velice ochotná a milá, vše nám vysvětlila.
V podzemní garáži místnost na kola, s možností dobití kol. Na střeše hotelu krásná terasa s výhledem na hory. Snídaně v pohodě. Rádi se vrátíme.

We enjoyed this small hotel very much! We would stay there again and recommend it to others.
Pros:

Breakfast was lovely and served in a bright and pleasant room with a great view.
The facility is clean and peaceful and comfortable.
The staff is maybe the best part of the experience. We knew virtually nothing about the area, and Raphaela helped us greatly in knowing what to see and do, including telling us about the various gondolas and how to access them by bus. And she told us about the beautiful public pool that we could use (do this if you like to swim!) and a lovely restaurant a short walk away.

Cons:

Just a note of caution: the guest rooms do not have air conditioning or ceiling fans. This is not normally a problem, but it was a bit uncomfortable for us since we were there during a big heat wave. We did appreciate that we were placed in a location of the building that was less hot than the room we originally booked.

Sehr gute Lage, die Dachterrasse ist außergewöhnlich schön angelegt und mega gemütlich😍 Das Personal sehr freundlich und auch die Zimmer sehr schön!

Einfach perfekt!
Pros:

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Obwohl neben der Straße, sind die Zimmer sehr ruhig, da nach hinten hinaus. Die Dachterrasse mit dem Wellnessbereich ist sehr gemütlich und schön und ladet zum Relaxen ein. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und mit Liebe zubereitet. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich - man spürt, dass sich hier nicht nur die Gäste, sondern auch das Personal wohl fühlen. Rundum war alles perfekt!

Sauna is amazing!! Super friendly staff at the reception. We got an upgrade to a bigger room (due to low season) which was a nice surprise. The rooms are very new and clean.
