Goede ligging en heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

De brandveiligheid en we zaten op het hoogste verdiep (6de) en er was geen lift.
Je moest ook voor alles bijbetalen als je er gebruik van wilde maken.

Room 102, Claustrophobic room in a noisy location in the building. Grubby entrance hall and stairway

The bed was very comfortable and the good linen.
Very good bakery close by.

Cons:

Bedroom 102 located next to the communal kitchen and communal laundry facilities. The smell of cooking was unpleasant, the noise and heat from the laundry was unpleasant, the noise from the kitchen and the room above was intrusive.
The windows has bars on them and broken blinds. The room was cell like, miniscule 10ft x 10ft approx and I could tip the ceiling, I am 5ft 4'
The shower room was closet with a toilet. The hot water did not heat up to above luke warm. The towels were old and of poor quality. The soaps and gels were of industrial scent and quality.
When I realized the location of my room, 4 days before my arrival and asked to be relocated I was told they were full, however they were still selling rooms online?
Obviously there is no picture of room 102 online.

Un lugar perfecto para un viaje de negocios.
Pros:

El tamaño de la habitación y sus servicios.
La ubicación está excelente con muy poco ruido en la noche
La habitación estaba decentemente limpia

Cons:

El sistema de calefacción es muy básico y ruidoso (estufa eléctrica)
Me pareció un poco viejo el lugar
Tuve algunos problemas al entrar la primera vez, aunque se solucionaron rápido.

La persona que se encarga de la limpieza Edith . Maravillosa . Mi marido se puso enfermo y nos ayudó y trató increíble . Una persona de 10 . Estaba todo impecable y con mucho detalle. Una limpieza de 10.Buena y cómoda ubicación para el aeropuerto ( bus gratis a Back Bay desde el aeropuerto )y para el centro, dónde se podia ir caminando en 20 min.Muy Recomendable el café de la esquina y el bistró francés

La calefacción funcionó bien sólo el primer dia. El resto tuvimos que usar un pequeño calefactor eléctrico de apoyo .Ya que hay poco espacio para guardar la ropa , se agradecería un perchero o pequeña Cajonera adicional

オーナーから小まめにメッセージが届き、チェックイン・アウトもスムーズであった。
