Não tem como descrever o que gostei… a acomodação simplesmente me atendeu em tudo que eu precisava.

The property is in a really nice, clean, and quiet area of the city, just a few minutes away by foot from the orange line and several other bus stops.
There are several restaurants and cafe bars to choose from around it, and if you don't mind walking, it's just 25 minutes away from fenway park and 15 from newbury street and prudential tower.
At night the area is very well lit, so although it was a new city for me and I was traveling alone, it was not intimidating at all to walk around until late.
If you like jazz music, wally's cafe is just down the road, 2 minutes away by foot. Great location overall.
The room was very comfortable. I couldn't hear noises coming from other rooms, even though someone was staying in the room right next to mine. The bed was comfortable with multiple pillows to choose from, and the little sink area came with all I needed and more -- from cups and glasses to a coffee machine and a mini fridge.
From my experience, the room is the perfect size for one person, as the washroom is not too big and there is not a lot of floor space to keep luggages.
Finally, the staff was great. The host was very nice and responsive; they made sure I understood how to use the keypad to get into the property and in my room, reminded me of the check out rules ahead of time, and were always ready to reply to my questions and give me recommendations on where to find good restaurants. The housekeeper is such a lovely lady; you're in very good hands if you stay here.
Nothing, everything was as I expected it to be or better.
The sheets were clean, the bed was super comfortable. The location is excellent and in walking distance to nice restaurants and sights.
The owner was very helpful to make this stay smooth and easy.
You can hear every move/sound from people in the rooms next door. Pretty noisy acoustics.
Charming red brick townhouse
Great neighborhood...away from noise and busy downtown but easy access to Fenway (walkable) and subway T is nearby to go anywhere quickly.
All virtual check-in..no keys..all codes..no front desk. This may not be for everyone. I loved it.. My room was a bit small but perfectly fine in all regards.
Very clean, pleasant room in an older building with a great location in Back Bay. I had the deluxe queen studio on a higher floor with a great view. The room was spotless and updated, everything worked. I had a question and was able to speak with a customer service person right away. The check-in via door code was seamless. I was sent very clear instructions on how to use the door code to my room.
I was on the 5th floor and there was one more floor above me. I could hear the floors creaking when people above walked around, and I could also hear faint noise of my next-door neighbors talking. If I had had noisy neighbors who played music loudly, this could have been a problem. But everyone respected quiet hours, so there was no problem. The neighborhood is fun, and there's a great bakery, Colette, across the street. Excellent location close to a nice park, the Prudential Center, Boston Public library, Fenway, New England Conservatory of Music (check out their offerings!).
The proximity to the orange line is great, it's about a 10 minute walk to Good Hotels. I loved that there were a lot of restaurants nearby as well, it was very easy to navigate through the city. The host is very responsive as well and I had no problem with getting a response very fast.
The AC is a little loud because of it being an in-window unit, the street itself was pretty quiet!

Warnung, absolut keine Empfehlung hier zu buchen!
Der vorreservierte Parkplatz für 2 Tage war dann doch nur für einen Tag verfügbar, ich wollte daher die Zusatzkosten stornieren.
Jedoch war das digitale Schloss, welches an der Zimmertür angebracht ist, veraltet beziehungsweise schlecht gewartet, es hat mehrere Versuche gedauert, es zu schließen oder es zu öffnen. Einmal führte es dazu, dass ich innen eingesperrt war und das Zimmer nicht verlassen konnte. Nach einer Vielzahl an Versuchen und Wackeln an dem Schloss konnte ich es endlich öffnen. Dennoch war es auch danach nicht möglich, das Schloss zu verwenden. Da es kein Personal vor Ort gibt und es nur über den Chat erreichbar ist, konnte mir nicht weitergeholfen werden.
Statt sich für die Unannehmlichkeiten zu entschuldigen, wurde ich beschuldigt, dass Schloß beschädigt zu haben, sodass das Geld für den stornierten Parkplatz einbehalten wurde ($ 70).
Die Unterkunft konnte keine Form von Vandalismus nachweisen, sondern hat lediglich mitgeteilt, dass das Schloß nicht mehr funktionierte, was ich bereits während meines Aufenthalts gemeldet hatte. Auch booking.com hat hier nicht weitergeholfen sondern lediglich die Antwort der Unterkunft akzeptiert und dann die Bearbeitung eingestellt.

The pre-booked parking space turned out to be available for only one day, so I wanted to cancel the additional charges.
However, the digital lock on the room door was outdated or poorly maintained; it took multiple attempts to lock or unlock it. On one occasion, this resulted in me being locked inside, unable to leave the room. After numerous attempts and jiggling the lock, l finally got out. However, it kept not working properly. Since there was no staff on-site and they could only be reached via chat, no one was able to assist me.

-Gute Ausstattung: Die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei.
-Lage: Das Hotel liegt in einer ordentlichen und sicheren Gegend.
-Kommunikation: Schnelle Antworten bei Fragen oder Anliegen.
-Die zusätzliche Küche befindet sich ebenfalls unten im Keller.
-Waschmaschinen im Keller
-Das Studio liegt im 6. Stock. Die Koffer über die extrem schmalen Treppen nach oben zu bekommen, ist extrem anstrengend. Absolut nur für körperlich gesunde Menschen zu empfehlen!
-Jeglicher Müll muss selbstständig aus dem 6. Stock nach unten ins Gebäude gebracht werden.
Great location in the back bay area and close to many tourist attractions.
It is not a hotel. It's an old building with some small studio units. Everything is handled through messages. It's good if you just want a place to sleep. Very noisy AC. You get charged for housekeeping or early check-in and many other things. The photos of the room were a bit different. Check-in is virtually and you need to share your credit card details for security deposit and other extra charges outside the Booking.com platform which I did not like.

The communication was 2nd to none, I had a few questions before and during the stay, the questions were answered almost straightaway. There is a bar across the road with some great locals who actually want to talk to you which was great for me travelling alone. There is a free laundry area which was appreciated as I was travelling for the world cup and needed to freshen up some clothes.
I was on the top floor so was a bit of an hike getting to the room, the aircon being behind the curtains made it difficult to decide on being cool or keep privacy.
Beautiful neighborhood, great location, comfortable and clean room, friendly staff.
The shower takes a long time to get warm.
