The rooms are cozy and comfy.
There isn’t anything else. There are no sitting rooms, or a living room…. Just a communal kitchen or your bedroom. No where for people to sit and talk.
But… the location is good (maybe not in winter with snow), and as I said the room is comfy. Would stay here again for work.

Generally it is the not bad base on the price. But there is very bad experience I got here.
traveled alone and was charged a $20 service fee. When I asked about it, the front desk explained that the fee was calculated as $5 per person per day. I clarified that I was a solo traveler and asked whether the number of guests could be updated, since it is editable on the booking platform. I was told I would need to contact customer service.
I then contacted Booking.com customer service, who confirmed they could adjust the guest count but required approval from the property to change the charge. The property declined to approve the adjustment.
This is not about the $10 difference itself, but about the lack of transparency and consistency in communication. If the fee is fixed and non-adjustable, that should be clearly stated from the beginning, rather than explained as a per-person charge and then refused when corrected. This waste my time and raises concerns about honesty and integrity in how fees are communicated to guests.
Waste of money
Апартаменты были очень чистыми. Удобно, что есть небольшая кухня. Хорошее расположение, близко к автобусу, метро, до центра можно дойти пешком. Очень приятный район для жизни.
Жила на самом верхнем этаже, и у меня был очень тяжелый чемодан с собой, я еле подняла его. Нужно быть готовым к тому, что лифта нет и никто не поможет.
Если жить на более низких этажах, возможно не очень хороший вид - в стену.

Very onerous check in process . Would have like someone to have met us at the property . the lovely Caretaker/ Cleaner lady helped us and two other client to access our rooms
