las instalaciones comunes son buenas, la habitación regular, camas muy malas.

Lindo lugar para estancias cortas, cerca de toda la acción en Medellín
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta, el edificio bonito y los parqueaderos en el sitio muy bien.

Cons:

Para estancias largas es bastante inconveniente el tema de que no halla forma de hacerle aseo, solo un rollo de papel para una estancia de una semana, igual con las toallas y la bolsa de la papelera. Ahora imaginen esto x 3 con familia y dos niños. Les recomiendo si van a ofrecer estancias prolongadas ( más de 2 noches) dejen elementos de aseo para uno mismo poder asear el lugar, la cocina es inusable si no ha como secar o escurrir la loza, un hervidor de agua sería algo a tener en cuenta (por lo menos un café).

La ubicación es buena, el estacionamiento es cómodo

Cons:

La limpieza muy deficiente, muchas telarañas en el techo; el grifo de la ducha no mezclaba bien el agua, o demasiado caliente o demasiado fría. El WC se atascó en varias ocasiones. El apto en general olía a sudor, creo que es era por la alfombra y las cortinas sucias.

Bonito, pero hay que mejorar.
Pros:

El edificio es espectacular, y la zona es super buena.

Cons:

1. Cuando llegué, no fué posible que adelantaran la entrega del apto y tampoco avisaron cuando ya estaba listo. Toca siempre estar preguntando y preguntando.
2. El apartamento ya necesita mantenimiento... el piso del baño esta roto.
3. Nunca hubo red en ese apartamento y me tocó con los datos de mi celular, la red alternativa que dieron no funcionó, se desconectaba y se ponia lento y luego se desconectaba. MUY COMPLICADO TRABAJAR.
4. No había canales de TV y sin red.. nada no habia ni formas.. todo por mi cel. Solo aplicaciines de straming. Hay cajas de claro y control remoto pero eso no sirve para nada.
5. No habia secador, mantas ni plancha. Hasta el segundo dia.
6. No se preocupan por el cliente.

Cons:

The studio was very run down. Not enough towels, blankets, sheets and toilet paper. TV and WiFi didn’t work.
