Everything was great.
The only exception to this rule is that we were woken up by the rooster's crowing in the morning.
Our stay at Kiki’s Place was absolutely wonderful. The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The location is also perfect, just a short walk to the beach. Highly recommended!

We had some ants at the sink - this was the only thing we didn't like
We liked the relaxed feel, as if you were at home in the countryside. The position of the villa is conveniently at a height so that there is always a bit of wind and it is not as hot as on the beach.
grasshoppers are really loud but we can't do anything about it :)
Kiki's place is in a brilliant location, not only is the view spectaculua, but it is only a walk away from the beach, where there are an abundance of restaurants and cocktail bars.
Onto the accommodation, it is homely, clean and has amazing facilities; a well kept pool for use, which is closed for a few hours of the day for cleaning, which is always kept to a high standard. Of course there will always be the odd leaf or insect in the pool throughout the day after the hours of cleaning, but not to worry as the net is at the poolside if needed.
Last but definitely not least is our host, Mary...what a woman! Mary is extremely hospitable, and was viewed as more of a maternal figure than a host as she went above and beyond her duties for myself and my partner. Mary supplied us with fresh eggs, fruit and tomatoes, from her hens and gardens during our stay, along with having meaningful conversations and even inviting us for a quiet drink with her in the garden in the evening. I honestly cannot express in words how wonderful Mary is! After speaking with other holiday-goers, we were assured the feeling is universal.
Very highly recommend Kiki's place, if you are looking for a family holiday or even a get away for two, you will always be well looked after. Both my partner and I will be returning in the future!

The owners are really nice, big rooms, bigger TV than in most bookings, big parking lot and accepting earlier check-in.
The majority of furniture is really old, there is rust in the bathroom, no cleaning in the 5 days, not even emptying trash bins or change of towels and the cutlery was not cleaned properly before our arrival, they were sticky.
Everything was perfect, close to the beach, stores; small well decorated appartment with the best see view; the whole complex is relaxing with friendly hosts near you ready to make your stay perfect
Wi fi could be better
Despina is amazing - very kind and helpful host. The place is clean and tidy. There is a private parking, pool and barbecue. The property has amazing see view. More family than solo traveler place :)
