Heerlijke studio op loopafstand van het strand
Pros:

Een heerlijke studio, niet al te groot maar voorzien van alle gemakken. Een fantastisch bed en de douche was geweldig. Alles heel erg schoon en makkelijk contact met de manager. De locatie is prachtig gelegen tussen de olfijfbomen en heel dicht bij het strand en de restaurants.

Best place to stay in Stoupa
Pros:

It´s a beautiful place with an amazing owner. The place is just a few steps to beautiful Stoupa Beach, but because of dead end street it is a very quiet as well. The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. I have to point out extremely comfy beds and pillows. It´s definitely a best option to stay in Stoupa.

eens, maar niet weer!
Pros:

er was geen ontbijt, supermarkt dichtbij, paar honderd meter lopen; alles zat erin en erop en was aanwezig wat je verwachten mag voor een appartement, in verhouding (!) een royale doucheruimte en alles nieuw. Veel IKEA spul maar goed het was er en is uitermate schoon en netjes en georganiseerd, werkelijk goed. Leuk: een ontvangst kadootje en aandacht voor details, Alles is helder en schoon en dagelijks wordt er veel gedaan door de schoonmaakster, je waande je echt soms in een hotel.

Cons:

de omvang van het appartement was een grote deceptie! Werkelijk: like living in a shoebox ! Appartement nr 5 , die wij hadden, is uitsluitend te doen voor 2 mensen die elkaar door en door kennen en alles van elkaar kunnen hebben en accepteren. Bij elke twijfel, kijk verder.
De muggen die uit de omliggende en bijna op je balkon groeiende olijfbomen en tuin komen vreten je werkelijk helemaal op als je daar gevoelig voor bent.
De huiskatten zijn voor sommigen lief voor ons mateloos irritant. Er was op geanticipeerd (wel sterk!) door een plantenspuit klaar te zetten met een opgetekend kattenhoofd om ze te besproeien en daarmee te verjagen, wat goed lukte. Dat werd vooraf ook duidelijk en erg beleefd uitgelegd door de eigenaresse. De zeker 7 katten in en om het gebouw zitten in je tuinstoelen op het minimalistische balkonnetje zonder zon. Het is er koel en dat weten de katten ook en erger: als je niet actief bent met het sluiten van de kamerdeuren of balkondeuren of niet tegen een airco kan in een kleine ruimte heb je ongevraagd een kat op bezoek. En erger, midden in de nacht lag er 1 tussen ons beiden in op het bed, dat gaf een dik drama en stress voor mijn partner. Je schrikt van iets wakker en een kat kijkt in je ogen en likt want die wil ook op jouw kussen en we hebben de rest van de nacht bijna niet meer geslapen.
Daarnaast leek het wel of wij alle rioolleidingen van alle appartementen aan onze kant van het gebouw hadden want werkelijk aan geluiddemping doen ze niet veel in deze omgeving en alles moet naar 1 septic tank; dus iedere spoeling genoten wij mee van alle appartementen, vre-se-lijk. Dus als je iets beters of groters gewend bent kijk hier uit! We kennen de andere appartementen niet maar ik kan dit, nr 5, zeker niet aanbevelen!

Clean, very comfortable bed, close to everything in the village, easy parking, quiet

My only suggestion is for a small dishwasher to be available as it would make family stays even better.
