Просторные и светлые апартаменты с прекрасным расположением!
Апартаменты большие, чистые, уютные, комфортные. На кухне есть всё необходимое для приготовления еды, удобная кровать и комфортный диван, просторная терраса всегда в тени - нам нравилось там завтракать.
Территория ухоженная, чистая и очень приятная. До центра Ханиоти, пляжа и большого супермаркета менее 5 минут. При этом место удивительно тихое и спокойное, что делает его идеальным для комфортного семейного отдыха.
Отдельная благодарность хозяевам - Алексею и Юлии. Это невероятно радушные, доброжелательные и гостеприимные люди. Всегда готовы помочь, подсказать, посоветовать лучшие места для отдыха, прогулок, покупок и пляжей. Благодаря их заботе чувствуешь себя не просто гостем, а желанным другом.
С удовольствием рекомендую эти апартаменты всем, кто планирует отдых в Ханиоти. С радостью вернулись бы сюда снова!

Очень приятные и гостеприимные люди, большое спасибо Алексею и Юлии за прекрасный отдых. Встретили и заселили в номер раньше оговоренного времени, многое рассказали о местных достопримечательностях и ближайших местах где можно побывать. Обязательно вернемся снова. Советую всем данные апартаменты, тихое и спокойное место не далеко от центра поселка, рядом много магазинов, так же есть хорошая парковка для автомобиля которую бесплатно предоставляют хозяева апартаментов, отличный интернет, бассейн с шезлонгами и пространство для отдыха у бассейна с мангалом.

Definitely recommend
Pros:

First of all, the apartment was perfectly clean. We travel a lot, so we know what we are talking about. It is that feeling when you enter and can immediately take off your shoes because your socks will stay spotless.Owners were very kind and helped us immediately with any request. There is a big backyard with fresh grass, a clean pool, and umbrellas. There are also two separate BBQ zones with everything you need( it was so important for us, as so Greece and their seafood). You can see that the owners take care of the garden themselves with love.

The apartment has all the accessories for cooking (including spices) and even laundry detergent. From our point of view, there were no downsides at all. We met only good people and a great attitude

Fijn appartement op perfecte plek!

- perfecte ligging in leuk dorpje!
- Fijne bedden en schoon appartement
- op aanvraag schone handdoeken gekregen (3x in 10 dagen)
- appartement is echt van alles voorzien, zeer fijn gebruik kunnen maken van de keuken
- kindvriendelijk

Cons:

- badkamer in appartement 1 is verouderd, maar niet als vervelend ervaren
- zwemmen tussen 15.00uur en 17.00uur is niet toegestaan, al werd er bij ons niet streng op gehandhaafd

Pobyt bardzo udany, chętnie kiedyś wrócimy.
Pros:

Super miejsce! Było bardzo czysto, miejsce bardzo zadbane. Było wszystko czego potrzeba żeby spędzic miło czas z rodziną. Bardzo fajny basen, idealny i dla dorosłych i dla dzieci. Polecam to miejsce!

Pros:

Die Wohnung und der Pool waren sehr gut. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wurden sehr ❤️ lich empfangen. Der Strand 4 min zu Fuß. Supermarkt um die Ecke. Stadtmitte 5 min zu Fuß. Also top Lage. Habe mein Auto nicht 1 Meter bewegen müssen.

Cons:

Ich hätte mir in der Wohnung eine Kaffeemaschine und einen Backofen gewünscht.

Pros:

Изключително хубаво място. Много чисто, има всичко необходимо. Локациято е отлична, на 5 минути от центъра и на 5 минути от най-близкия плаж. Домакините са много мили и реагират много бързо, ако имате нужда. Препоръчвам!
