Schöner Aufenthalt in Zentrum-nahen modernen Hotel
Pros:

Wir waren als Familie zu Gast & hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Zimmer sind groß & bieten viel Platz - zudem ist alles nötige vorhanden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich & hilfsbereit für sonstige Fragen. Das Frühstück war super & es gab eine breite Auswahl am Buffet. Das Hotel wirkt sehr neuwertig & modern, zudem gibt es ein Parkhaus im Keller. Die Innenstadt ist schnell fußläufig erreichbar. Für uns definitiv wieder erste Wahl beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Liberec

Cons:

Es kam maximal etwas Staub unter dem Sofa hervor, aber das ist „meckern“ auf hohem Niveau. Es gab nichts nennenswertes zu beanstanden :)

Tolle Unterkunft
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und alles war vorhanden, was benötigt wurde. Selbst an Spülung für die Haare wurde gedacht.

Cons:

Leider waren unsere gewünschten Zeiten für das Wellness schon ausgebucht. Wir haben uns dann noch auf ein Zeitfenster einigen können und es war sehr schön. In der Beschreibung könnte dies aber drin stehen, dass mann gegebenenfalls schon bei Hotelbuchung das Wellness bucht.

Veľká spokojnosť a veľká vďaka milej obsluhe
Pros:

Krásny apartmánový dom s veľmi príjemnou obsluhou. Moderné, čisté, kaviareň s výbornou kávou a výberom vín a hlavne wellness. Bol som síce sám, ale určite sa rád vrátim. Veľké plus je blízkosť do centra mesta na cca 10 minút pešo a k lyžiarskemu stredisku Jěštěd do 15 minút autom. Okolie veľmi pekné a tiché bez ruchu. Skutočne vhodné miesto na relax.

Cons:

Jediné mínus - zákaz fajčenia aj na letnej terase v kaviarni. Ale rešpektujem rozhodnutie majiteľa. Dá sa zapáliť vonku v uličke vedľa hlavného vchodu prípadne večer vonku na ulici na pár krokov z budovy.

Pros:

Luxusní snídaně. Celkově velká spokojenost. Velice milý a příjemný personál, dost se snaží.

Cons:

Spíše co zlepšit, opravdu jen drobnosti. Nanosíme do bytu prach a kamínky z venku a uvítal bych něco na vytření podlahy.

Pros:

Wszystko było idealnie. Cały apartament wyglądał jak na zdjęciach i byl zgodny z opisem. Śniadania pyszne i świeże. Była możliwość sprzątania apartamentu ale nie potrzebowaliśmy ponieważ caly czas nas prawie nie było na miejscu a ręczników było więcej niż potrzebowaliśmy. Strefa wellness rewelacyjna. Polecam z całego serca!

Cons:

Jedyne co w tym wspaniałym pobycie bylo na minus to trzaskające drzwi od apartamentu gdy tylko ktoś wchodził do klatki na górze lub na dole. Gdy włożyliśmy papier na miejsce gdzie powinna być uszczelka było lepiej. To jednak nie wpłynęło na ocenę ponieważ pobyt byl naprawdę rewelacyjny.

Pros:

Sauberkeit, Ausstattung, die Lage, der Service, Freundlichkeit des Personals.
Top Apartment, Fußbodenheizung, große Terrasse, Tiefgarage mit Fahrstuhl erreichbar, Frühstück inklusive zusätzlich eine Küchenzeile im Zimmer. Diese Unterkunft lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften in diesem Preissegment bekommt man auch viel Platz geboten.
Obwohl es kein Hotel ist, gibt's trotzdem alle drei Tage eine Reinigung und auf Wunsch neue Handtücher.
Sehr zu empfehlen

Cons:

Hätten wir gewusst dass die Unterkunft eine Waschmaschine hat, hätten wir weniger Gepäck mitgebracht. Das stand nicht in der Beschreibung. Soll jetzt aber auch nicht wirklich kein echter Kritikpunkt sein, wir haben uns natürlich über die Waschmaschine gefreut.
