Pros:

Stanza pulita e posizione comoda per girare la città, in pochi minuti si arriva in centro.
Buona comunicazione online da parte dello staff tramite la messaggistica di booking.

Cons:

La struttura si presenta con un'insegna rotta e questo non fa presagire il meglio, lo stesso cancello della struttura è da sistemare perché si blocca spesso e deve essere forzato a volte per essere aperto.
Lo spiazzale esterno appena prima di entrare nella struttura vera e propria non è tenuto nel modo migliore e non è molto accogliente, per fortuna una volta entrati nella struttura le cose cambiano in meglio.
Abbiamo soggiornato nella stanza numero 4, molto piccola (probabilmente la più piccola?), con mobili piuttosto bassi per i nostri standard.
Mancava uno spazio dove inserire gli spazzolini da denti o qualche sorta di piattino sopra il lavandino, inoltre anche all'interno della doccia mancava un supporto per poter appoggiare bagnoschiuma o altre cose.
Luci ai lati del letto inutilizzabili poiché troppo forti (se si usano mentre si è sdraiati accecano completamente, anche perché molto vicine agli occhi!).
Sistema TV obsoleto, nessun canale prendeva decentemente e la connessione si bloccava sempre dopo qualche secondo.

(Questo a Marzo 2026, grandezza della stanza a parte immagino e spero che la struttura rimedierà presto a queste "piccolezze".)
