Teplice - město mnoha možností.
Pros:

Vynikající místo, blízko centra i zajímavého okolí. Ubytování prostorné a zajímavé.

Cons:

Vila zřejmě trochu dožívá, zabezpečení všech funkcí je náročné. Ne všechna světla svítila, topení topilo dobře, ale prostory jsou veliké, takže úplně pohodové to nebylo, zvláště když teplá voda v koupelně po dlouhém točení byla jen vlažná. Dojem kazilo také pochybné zaclonění okna v ložnici. Nefungovalo wi-fi, což se provozovatel snažil opravit ve večerních hodinách a jen na krátkou dobu se mu to podařilo. Horší bylo, že nefungovala televize (jenom nějaké programy mňam a mňau :)), což by nám asi nevadilo, ale měli jsme s sebou 91 letou babičku a ta byla kvůli tomu mrzutá. Že v kuchyni nejsou skleničky na víno nebylo důležité.

Gutes, günstiges, großes, aber nicht perfektes Appartment in erstklassiger Lage und Atmosphäre. Gut.
Pros:

Ein schönes Stadtpalais in ebenso schöner und feiner Lage mit Parkplatz auf dem Gelände. Zum Kurhaus ist es nicht weit und die Verkehrsanbindung per Auto ist prima. Es gibt ein paar Kleinigkeiten, keine Kaffeemaschine, nicht mal ein Filterhalter, die Heizung ist nicht regulierbar, war uns zu warm. WiFi ist nicht wirklich flott, aber es geht. Egal. Lage und Ambiente sind außergewöhnlich, man kann sich dort sehr wohl und zuhause fühlen. Preis-Leistung ist 10.

Emplacement calme, près de centre ville, proche d'un grand park, parking gratuit
Chambre avec vue sur le jardin
Cuisine bien équipée, lave-linge et fer à repasser à disposition un grand plus

Cons:

Lits qui grincaient au moindre mouvement, pas du tout confortable
Un seul crochet dans la salle de bain pour suspendre les serviettes
Pas de sèche-cheveux à disposition

Pros:

Vybavení apartmánu bylo dostatečné pro 4denní pobyt.

Cons:

V koupelně nefungoval odtah, nad umývadlem nesvítilo světlo, umývadlo teklo.
Po celou dobu pobytu nefungovalo wifi připojení i přesto, že jsme závadu nahlásili.
Zatemění ložnice bylo vyřešeno černou plachtou zachycenou v horním okně.

A good stay
Pros:

The building is very nice, parking on location.
The staff was super helpful, we needed a hair dryer and heat because the nights ware bellow 6. After a few hours the staff delivered a new hair dryer and started the heat. You have all the amenities you need. Plus a lady from staff give my 2 year old son a new plush toy, he enjoys it very much.
Next to the villa is a very nice park.

Cons:

The cleanliness was lacking, we needed to do a thorough sweeping and mopping of the floors.
The mattress was too soft.

Ubytování a vybavení na kratší pobyt dostačující. Byt byl čistý. Parkování v místě, výborná lokalita.

Cons:

Poničené zařízení kuchyně. V mikrovlnné troubě chyběl otočný talíř, jinak fungovala.

Leider täuscht das wunderschöne alte Haus. Innen alles sehr hellhörig und das Appartement würde ich nicht für 3 Personen

Zentrale Lage, eigener Parkplatz.

Cons:

Keine Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten im Schlafzimmer. In der Küche mit Schlafsofa gibt es gar keine Rollos/ Gardinen. Im Urlaub möchte ich eigentlich nicht mit dem Sonnenaufgang wach werden.
Die Ausstattung der Küche ist gut, aber warum um Himmels Willen gibt es keine Kaffeemaschine???
