Pros:

Piękny widok

Cons:

Nie podobało mi się, że nie było ciepłej wody, a w niektórych godzinach wody nie było wcale. Ciśnienie było bardzo słabe, a kąpiel w zimnej wodzie była mało komfortowa. Basen wieczorem nie był oświetlony, co jest szkoda, bo można by było z niego skorzystać bez zakłócania spokoju innych gości. Wejście do apartamentu po zmroku również było utrudnione, ponieważ schody prowadzące w dół nie były oświetlone.

Es war ein toller Urlaub. Ganz anders als normal.

Wir konnten jeden Morgen von der Terrasse und sogar vom Bett aus den tollen Sonnenaufgang sehen

Cons:

Leider haben wir erst kurz vor Ende unseres Urlaubs erfahren das wir den Müll nach draußen stellen konnten, aber dann hätten uns uns die Mülltüten gefehlt

The terrace was beautiful, offering amazing views and a great location overall.

Cons:

The apartment has an older style, which can be charming, but it would benefit from better cleaning and maintenance. The kitchen and dishes were not very clean, and the bathroom, while functional, was quite old with below-average equipment and no hot water during our stay. This apartment is located below the swimming pool, but there are no photos of it online — the pictures shown are only of the apartments in the house above the pool. With a bit more care and attention to cleanliness, this place could be much more comfortable for guests.

Pros:

Fantastic view, quiet, in the country, nice pool, enough space

Cons:

No umbrella on the terasse (mattered only in the morning), the accomodation could use a bit of rennovation and the noises of the pool pump however you can get used to it and enjoy your vacation anyway. We definitely did :)

Superb
Pros:

Locație amplasată la 5 minute de mers cu mașina de portul ag. Nikolas. Cazarea a fost superbă cu view spectaculos și piscină privată cu nocturnă. Am beneficiat de apartamentul de la etajul superior al vilei. Totul a fost confortabil și curat. Nicoleta ne-a întâmpinat la sosire și ne-a fost de mare ajutor când am rămas blocați pe dinafară deoarece uitasem cheile înăuntru iar ușa a rămas închisă 😅 Ne-am bucurat de tot sejurul. Recomand această locație cu drag și pe Nicoleta ca o gazdă exemplară.

Breathtaking view over the ionian sea
Pros:

Key point of this villa is the breathtaking view over Agio Nikolaos's bay... and the sunrise on the sea in the morning.
The pool is amazing... though shared with the other appartments, it's huge enough and we were almost the only one using it during our stay
<10 minutes drive to Agios Nikolas (you'll definitely need a car, it's up a hill) so very practical to visit the north of Zakynthos and access the ferry.

Cons:

The apartment is quite basically equipped, particularly in the kitchen where essential utensils are missing — for example, no microwave, limited basic cuttelry, no draining board to dry the dishes... kitchen towels were requested but never provided during the stay).
The whole apartment, especially the bathrooms, could benefit from some refurbishment

Havre de tranquillité à Zakynthos
Pros:

*Le cadre exceptionnel : calme, préservé, dans le Nord de l’île loin des installations touristiques. Il faut impérativement une voiture.
*Grande piscine très agréable et rafraîchissante (prêt de serviette de piscine)
*La vue fantastique depuis la piscine

Cons:

*L’équipement du logement est vraiment sommaire notamment au niveau de la cuisine il y a très peu d’ustensiles (pas de couteaux de cuisine, pas de planche à découper) néanmoins la gérante nous a ramené des équipements dès que nous en avons fait la demande
*Pas de rideau occultant ça peut être gênant le matin
*Douche sans paroi

Pros:

Camas confortáveis. Casa grande, epsaçosa. Vista maravilhosa. Área de piscina é demais. Quartos com blackout.

Cons:

O aparelho de ar condicionado de 1 dos quartos era extremamente barulhento. Fiz contato com a responsável, que avispu que enviarei um técnico, mas não recebi nenhuma posição.

Pros:

The view from the villa is lovely! The room was very clean and spacious.

Cons:

The owners never came to greet us, our key was left in the door and we didn’t meet them once, it did feel slightly impersonal.
It’s quite far from the main area, you need a car!

Both bathrooms could do with updating. They were old
The shower from the main bedroom didn’t have doors on it so unable to use without flooding. The shower heads were not secure and had to be held. Actual shower units were very small.
The washing machine door was broken and unable to use.
