Pros:

Lekker en vers ontbijt, ruime en praktische kamer, rustig gelegen, vriendelijk personeel, goed bed.

Cons:

De douche had nood aan een grondige ontkalking, het water zocht een weg langs de bovenkant van de douchekop waardoor het 1 dikke waterstraal was dat hevig spatte. Gevolg: een badkamervloer onder het water.

Great stay
Pros:

The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the center and only 5–10 minutes by car to the beaches in Paliouri. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi, it was definitely a highlight.

Cons:

Breakfast could be much improved. You can’t eat omelette every single day, the ham was of very poor quality, and the vegetables were limited to just a few cherry tomatoes.

The sofa is not extendable as mentioned in the description.

Dear Customer Service, I would like to get an update about my compliant for the property. Key topics we discussed are the following:

It's classified as a four star property, however it has no four star features as I can say. For which I paid almost EUR 300 per night.
In our case, we had electricity not working for the night and we woke up very warm.
The hot tub described in the booking was not working for the entire time of stay which was the reason for electricity failing. The other room offered had no space for 4 people to even have a breakfast together.
There are no common facilities for breakfast. In fact there are no common facilities at all.
Every day you need to tell them what you want for the breakfast and it leads to one additional thing to do over the holidays. We are not coming to holidays put additional stress on us to decide on what you want for breakfast every day. There is no standard menu which you receive which you can select from.
In the room there was one coffee cup, so we had to take turns to drink coffee. There were 4 water glasses, so if you are drinking water, you cannot drink juice or milk for breakfast.
Lastly even the television in the room was not working.

In nutshell, we were pretty disappointed booking this facility.

Everything was perfect, the room is very beautiful and it was very clean and the lady that was cleaning and serving the breakfast is the best. Highly recommended.
