Un acierto de Hotel
Pros:

El hotel está situado en una zona tranquila, con unas vistas impresionantes de la caldera. Además, hay una senda muy bonita hasta Fira. En la recepción, Maximus nos hizo una acogida muy cariñosa y estuvo atento a cualquier necesidad. A destacar su amabilidad y su cariño. Por último, destacar también que las botellas de agua son gratis (algo que se agradece con el calor) y el magnífico desayuno que se puede disfrutar con vistas a la caldera. Sin duda, un acierto de Hotel.

Nada. La verdad, todo estuvo genial.

Todo bien, el personal muy amable
Pros:

Las vistas a la caldera alucinantes, el personal del hotel muy amable.

Cons:

Las habitaciones no las hacían hasta las 15h de la tarde más o menos. Cuando llegamos el jacuzzi estaba sucio, tuvieron que limpiarlo. Por lo demás todo bien.
