A GREAT HOTEL AND STAFF FOR A VACTION IN SANTORINI

SUCH A BEAUTIFUL SPOT. NICE STAFF NICE ROOM AND A NICE HOTEL. THE VIEW IS BREATHTAKING STAFF IS VERY . HELPFUL AND OVERALL A GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY. THE JAVZZUI IS A REAL TREAT IN THE EVENINGS AND SUNSET

THE BREAKFAST WAS MODEST IF THE INTENSION IS TO SPLURGE IN YOUR VACATION. THE TV DID NOT WORK THE ENTIRE 4 DAYS WE STAYED EVEN AFTETER ASKING IT TO BE FIXED A FEW TIMES, WHICH WAS QUIET ANNOYING. THE SHOWER ROOM WAS VERY DARK AND STUFFY WITH NO AIR CIRCULATION DUT TO THE CAVE LIKE STRUCTURE . THERE WAS VARY WEAK WATER FLOW IN SHOWER HOSE

The staff was very responsive, but the facility was just days away from completely shutting down for the season. For the most expensive stay we had in Greece, it felt like we were a last day after thought. The pool was open, but unattended or picked up, no other facilities available. If i hadn't reached out to ask prior to the stay asking if things would be open, i would have set other expectations. I wasn't aware that santorini shuts down by mid october. That said, the facility looked nice if it was open and the staff was as responsive as they could be...

Dreamy room with sunset views
Pros:

Fantastic view from our room, comfortable beds, daily cleaning service. Picturesque location, romantic setting.

Cons:

There are a lot of steps to the property - maybe difficult for some. We had a porter carry our bags to and from the taxi, we had informed the property beforehand - cab stops a long way away from the hotel.

Pros:

Quando chegámos a Ionna foi muito simpática e fez-nos um upgrade para um quarto com jacuzzi! Deu-nos imensas recomendações de sítios a visita e restaurante e eram todos fantásticos! A localização é óptima para quem quer ficar longe da confusão e a poucos minutos de Oia e Fira.
A vista era incrível! Não precisa de ir a Oia para o sunset, pode ver no seu quarto ou no hotel que é fantástica!
O pequeno almoço é totalmente escolhido por você no dia anterior e vão levá-lo ao quarto se assim quiser!

Cons:

Apenas a pressão do chuveiro que era fraca, mas de resto tudo ótimo!
