Cons:

Ruido de la carretera muy próxima.El acceso a través de una rampa muy pronunciada y el aspecto del entorno con edificio en obra con aspecto de abandonado. Equipamiento demasiado básico,sin cafetera ni tostadora.

Pros:

The owner Andreas is a very nice man and took care of us very well. If you would like to visit Falassarna and Balos, this would be the best place for you. Delicious breakfast comes with homemade kumquat marmalade made by Andreas’ mother - the best marmalade I have ever had in my life. Overnight oats and Greek Yogurt were also delicious! The room is very clean and comfortable - service was excellent too.

Cons:

The pillows were too high and a little uncomfortable for me - this might be my personal problem since I am only 160cm.

Lekker ontbijt, zit in de prijs inbegrepen. De parking is redelijk schuin te bereiken maar een goed voorbereid man/vrouw is er twee waard.

Uns hat es leider nicht gefallen.
Cons:

Leider hatten wir viele Kellerasseln und andere Krabbeltiere im Zimmer.
Der Pool war durch den Regen verschmutzt und die Auflagen auf den Liegen leider nass.
Diese Unterkunft ist sicher an sonnigen Tagen schöner.

A bit of a challenge to drive up to the parking, but it is expected in these slope hills.
Pros:

If you have a car this is very nice place to stay. The location is really convenient, few minutes to Falasarna Beach (which is great), relatively close to Elafonisi or any of the beaches on the west coast. Supermarkets and tavern are close as well. Beautiful view, nice rooms, pool, terase.

Cons:

Not as nice interior of the room, but decent and clean. Dont expect a modern design room.

Good location with great view. Clean and had everything you need for a short stay.

Cons:

Rough around the edges. Bed not to comfy and lack of pillows. Shower worked but not the best shower head so hard to have a great shower. Locking system temperamental.
