Superb
Pros:

Comfort and the utilities. Nespresso machine, kettle etc. Comfortable bed. Also, the bar belonging the owner is in a nice place in the beach which you can use it for free. Not many place on the beach have good entrance to see.

Cons:

The bathroom can be improved.

Pros:

Very clean, comfortable beds, good location, enough space

Cons:

Sometimes Internet was very bad, coffee machine did not work properly, toaster was broken, there is not enough kitchenware (only plates, glasses, spoons..). There is nothing for cooking-no pot, no frying pan. We asked to bring us electric cooker and brought some things for cooking.
