Lovely vacation and great hotel. Money well spent !
Pros:

Nice clean hotel. Good breakfast, and helpful staff. Loved this possibility that you can order from restaurant directly from the beach and they bring it to the beach.

Cons:

Would have been nice, if they have washer and dryer for guests to use. Even with coins or etc. They do offer washer/Dryer service.

A great stay in a comfortable accommodation.
Pros:

The location was great, on a nice beach and a short walk to the strip. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The pool facility was also great with lots of sunbeds. On-site restaurant delivered good quality food, at a fair price.

Cons:

The cleaners would just walk into your room when they felt like it, not knocking before entering. As well as this no option to ask for them to clean later.

Cleanliness was also an issue with sand being on the floor when we first arrived in the room.

Spot inoubliable pour la villa, tout est réuni.
Pros:

Nous avons eu la villa, vraiment un spot superbe.
Le personnel est vraiment sympathique et souriant, le restaurant/bar est aussi de très bonne qualité pour midi comme pour le soir.
Le personnel qui fait le nettoyage est discret mais super efficace.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner ne varie pas mais surtout tout est froid, un peu décevant.
La piscine privée n'est pas nettoyée et est donc remplie de sable.

Incredible hotel
Pros:

Отдых превзошёл все ожидания! Отель находится прям на берегу моря, лежаков хватало всем и всегда не зависимо от того во сколько ты пришёл (в 8 утра или в 13). И они включены в стоимость (что редкость для Крита). Завтраки очень вкусные и разнообразные. Персонал невероятно приятный, улыбчивый и сделал наш отдых по настоящему замечательным! Номер большой, чистый и со всем необходимым. Ночью очень тихо и получалось отлично выспаться. Рядом много таверн, но и в ресторане отеля отлично готовят по доступным ценам и с видом на море. Нам понравилось всё! Обязательно вернемся еще!
