Prijetna nastanitev s težavnim dostopom in problematičnem parkiranjem.
Pros:

Prijetno urejena namestitev, ni pa bilo ponve za kuhanje in kozarcev za vino, vendar so jih po urgiranju dostavili.

Cons:

Neprijeten dostop po ozkih cestah in težave s parkiranjem, ker parkirišča sploh ni in se nekako parkiraš ob cesti.

Jacuzzi with a view
Pros:

Fabulous 180 degree view towards the sea, the coast and the mountains behind. The swing chairs pushed by the breeze for relaxing in the afternoon. Watching sunset while in the jacuzzi which was nice and warm. The helpfulness of the staff. The fact that there was also cleaning during the stay. The fact that there were mosquito nets on all windows.
Good welcome package with basic food and drinks.

Cons:

The master bed was awful but as soon as we said this they went out and bought a topper mattress.
We had a few days of heavy construction work with sledge hammers breaking stones right in front of the house. Not their fault but you couldn’t enjoy your terrace or jacuzzi or even eat outside with that level of noise. Once it stopped it was very peaceful.
The house needs a bit of TLC: the outside table was wobbly, the jacuzzi needs some steady steps (and not a plastic stool) to get in and out safely and certain mosquito nets need to be reset.

Vista sul mare e spiagge migliori
Pros:

Posizione meravigliosa, con tramonto sul mare visibile dalla terrazza tutte le sere. Lontano un'oretta da chania e da elafonissi, ma vicinissima c'è la spiaggia di Falassarna che è stupenda! Le ospiti sono state molto disponibili e generose, facendoci trovare frutta, bibite e biscotti per la colazione.

Cons:

Pensavamo di aver prenotato l'appartamento grande con la vasca idromassaggio, il bbq,...ma invece abbiamo scoperto che la nostra prenotazione era per l'altro appartamento, assolutamente valido e ottimale ma all'inizio ci siamo rimasti male... Per cui meglio chiedere specificatamente quale appartamento è disponibile.

Wunderschöner Ausblick, tolle Lage, schöne Einrichtung der Wohnung

Cons:

Ich kann mich über nichts beschweren. Schade ist nur, dass nur eine Wohnung Zugang zum Jacuzzi hat! Mein Aufenthalt war trotzdem eine glatte 10 von 10

Good villa with great location
Pros:

Location was good, 5 minutes drive from the beautiful beach of Falassarna and within walking distance from Spilios Taverna which has amazing food and views.

Cons:

The smaller villa is a bit too close to the villa next door and outside space (1st floor balcony) has no privacy at all.

Fantastic view with terrific sun sets
Pros:

Two Beautiful houses set on the Falasarna coast line with the most beautiful views of the ocean and the sunsets are to die for !!

Hosted by Kalliopi and her assistant Maria , we were treated like family at the Stomade.

The heated jacuzzi at 28.c is a definite plus as the beach was mostly for walking and exercise. The sea water was a cool 19.C or 67.F .

The well equipped house had all the amenities needed to enjoy our 5 nights stay, a large yard with 2 hanging lawn chairs , There was even a bbq at our disposal .

We definitely recommend the STOMADE HOUSES .

Cons:

Lighting fixtures need to be modernized to create a better ambiance.
Parking is sufficient for a “compact” model car .

Fantastic views, great location very close to everything in Falassarna, the owner was extremely polite and helpful, very comfortable stay, jacuzzi was a massive bonus, insect nets on all the windows and doors to keep the large buzzers out

Cons:

Only one tiny nitpick is we filled the bins quite quickly as we were staying for a week, also be sure to wash any dishes and utensils straight away as the ants will find a way in and swarm the sink (mountainous location so the insects are unavoidable)

Quiet nights, beautiful views on Falasarna, everything was OK
Pros:

Nice quiet house, big, with stone walls, looks autenthic, sleeping on the gallery, with beautiful sea views. Comfortable, complete kitchen, comfy bed, everything OK.
We can park our car in that narrow street, somehow it is possible! And you must have a car...

Cons:

The second house is better becouse there is nice terace on the ground floor. In our apartment we use terace on gallery, it was bigger.

Pros:

Nice apt. Good location, very clean. Walking distance to a couple of good tavernas. Lovely views from balcony.

Cons:

Water not always hot - as presumably solar powered as quite cloudy our first day and not hot first thing in the morning. Mattress very firm and so for me not very comfortable- but I guess for others that may not be the case

amazing. Yummy bread and wine provided. Very sweet host via phone and kind housekeeper.
Pros:

Cute home in a good location. The neighbors dog was very sweet. Restaurants, beach, and store near by. There is a company at Falassarna Beach that has jet boats that seat 17 people that can take you to Balos Lagoon for only 50 Euros vs the crowded ferry. Amazing trip with water that us so ever beautiful.

Cons:

There wasn’t a sign that said The Stonemade Houses.One of the hosts was kind and ended up leading us to the home with his motorcycle.I come from the US where the roads are wide. Parking is really tight. We drove passed the home the day we arrived and side swiped the cement wall which was our fault due to narrow parking. Please make sure that you are aware that payment is cash/ Euros or bank transfer.
