Would stay here again.
Pros:

The location is very good, between Monastiraki and Syntagma squares.

The check-in via the lock box was easy.

The apartment is very big. You can really stretch your legs here.

Some refreshments were provided. The toiletries were good.

The host offered me a late check-out.

Cons:

One evening, it was quite noisy until late.

Under the apartment facilities, there is a washing machine listed. I couldn't find it. Perhaps it is somewhere in the building, outside of the apartment. Since I didn't need to do laundry, I didn't enquire further.

In the wardrobe, there were only four hangers. This is probably sufficient for a business traveller, but not necessarily for a tourist. A hanger is a cheap thing, but can make a big difference to the comfort of a traveller.

The wash basin is in the room and not screened off in any way. Since I was on my own, that didn't bother me. However, I think it could be quite awkward if you were sharing the room with someone.

In the kitchen, there was a sponge for doing dishes, but it was clearly not new. Since one doesn't know for what it has been used before, one doesn't really want to use it to wash cups and plates.

The apartment is very modern, but quite impersonal.

Prático e eficaz
Pros:

Excelente comunicação e preparação por parte do Host. Indicações clara de auto check-in e check-out, sem comprometer o horário dado que chegamos tarde.
Casa muito bem equipada e com pequenos detalhes que não contávamos (bastante louça, comodidades, pequenos mimos de pequeno almoço).
A localização era boa dado o preço-qualidade.

Θα το ξαναεπέλεγα, αλλά πρέπει να γίνουν κάποιες διορθώσεις.
Pros:

Ήταν πολύ άμεση η εξυπηρέτηση του Υπεύθυνου για οτιδήποτε χρειαζόμασταν όσον αφορούσε το διαμέρισμα. Πολύ άνετοι οι χώροι του διαμερίσματος, είχε ζεστό νερό συνεχώς και η τοποθεσία του είναι εξαιρετική. Είναι 5 λεπτά από το πεζοδρομο της Ερμού και δίπλα από πολλά εστιατόρια και καφετέριες. Όταν ζητήσαμε διευκολύνσεις τόσο για το check in όσο και για το check out, ήταν άμεσοι και πολύ εξυπηρετικοί. Θα ξαναεπέλεγα αυτό το διαμέρισμα.

Cons:

Υπήρχαν λεπτομέρειες / κακοτεχνίες μέσα στο διαμέρισμα που πιστεύω πολύ εύκολα διορθώνονται ούτως ώστε να γίνει ακόμη καλύτερη η διαμονή. Βρήκαμε μια πετσέτα στο πάτωμα του δωματίου, σπασμένο πλακάκι/ τοίχος μέσα στην τουαλέτα, σκουριές έξω και μέσα στο μπάνιο. Καθαριότητα 8/10. Εγώ Θα το ξαναεπέλεγα όπως είπα, αλλά μόνο αν θα διορθωθούν τα πιο πάνω, θα συστηνα σε κάποιον δικό μου να πάει καθώς δεν θεωρώ οτι ήταν όλα 100/100.

Perfect location in Athens
Pros:

The apartment was in a convenient location to bars, coffee shops and restaurants. We located the apartment very easily and had clear instructions on how to access the apartment. The AC worked really well, and we had all amenities you could need. The shower in particular was amazing. We had an amazing stay, thank you!
