super apt in Athens
Pros:

absolutely fantastic apt: I am happy with everything. The owner was so generous to offer free honey and jam to us.
Room was spacious with moder design. the bed was very comfortable. and location was central to everywhere by walking.

konum çok güzeldi, oda içerisinde ihtiyacınız olan birçok şey mevcut. Temizlik gayet iyiydi

Tutto, l'appartamento è meraviglioso! Super moderno, confortevole, spazioso e lumimoso, con tutto a portata di mano. L'arredamento è bellissimo, è difficile non sentirsi a casa. É situato in una stradina piuttosto tranquilla nel centro tra Syntagma e Monastiraki, vicinissimo a tutto. Perfetto. Peccato aver trascorso una sola notte.

Would stay here again.
Pros:

The location is very good, between Monastiraki and Syntagma squares.

The check-in via the lock box was easy.

The apartment is very big. You can really stretch your legs here.

Some refreshments were provided. The toiletries were good.

The host offered me a late check-out.

Cons:

One evening, it was quite noisy until late.

Under the apartment facilities, there is a washing machine listed. I couldn't find it. Perhaps it is somewhere in the building, outside of the apartment. Since I didn't need to do laundry, I didn't enquire further.

In the wardrobe, there were only four hangers. This is probably sufficient for a business traveller, but not necessarily for a tourist. A hanger is a cheap thing, but can make a big difference to the comfort of a traveller.

The wash basin is in the room and not screened off in any way. Since I was on my own, that didn't bother me. However, I think it could be quite awkward if you were sharing the room with someone.

In the kitchen, there was a sponge for doing dishes, but it was clearly not new. Since one doesn't know for what it has been used before, one doesn't really want to use it to wash cups and plates.

The apartment is very modern, but quite impersonal.

Prático e eficaz
Pros:

Excelente comunicação e preparação por parte do Host. Indicações clara de auto check-in e check-out, sem comprometer o horário dado que chegamos tarde.
Casa muito bem equipada e com pequenos detalhes que não contávamos (bastante louça, comodidades, pequenos mimos de pequeno almoço).
A localização era boa dado o preço-qualidade.
