Excellent apartments in downtown Athens!
Pros:

The property is modern and the room design is fantastic! It has everything you would possibly need - from the safety box to the kitchen utilities and the hair dryer. The location is very central and within walking distance from most of the city attractions, shopping and dining. The Acropolis is a short subway ride or a short hike away. Some of the neighboring streets are filled with bars and restaurants, but it's quite safe and quiet. In a word, a great place to stay in central Athens.

Cons:

The box where you are supposed to pick up the keys is a bit hidden and blends with the wall if you don't pay attention at first, but it was more of our fault that we didn't find it at first. I call the owner and the problem was resolved within a minute! :) Otherwise, nothing to complain about at all!

Pros:

とにかく広い。部屋が狭くて難儀することは全くないと言っていい。
立地、治安もそんなに悪いと感じなかった。
スタッフがフレンドリーで接しやすい。

Cons:

建物は決して新しくない。エレベーターは型式がだいぶ古く動きに癖があるのでちょっと怖い。

Pros:

The location is excellent for walks around the centre.
The owner let us stay a bit longer, and then kept our bags in a safe place until our late departure, which was extremely helpfull

Cons:

No cleaning or change of the bins for 3 days.
We were 2 people and there was only one set of towels, and not enough coffee and milk for both for everyday

Zentrale angemessene tolle Unterkunft. Wenn wir wieder nach Athen gehen würden dann dort. Personal aehr hilfsbereit.
Pros:

Gut hatte alles was man braucht sehr zentral

Cons:

Griffe am tor der zimmer waren abmontiert war einwenig verwirrent aber war alles ok.

Great location. Recommended if only there to sleep at night.
Pros:

Location of the apartment was quite central.
We had no on site staff, but online support was very prompt.

Cons:

The main door lock from inside was broken.
The elevator is not very safe!
Strange layout. The building and the rooms look like an office converted to apartment rooms.

Amazing location, value stay
Pros:

Easy check-in, great communication from owner, clean, amazing location.

Cons:

It was not soundproof. We were on our honeymoon and it could have been more presented for us (not a huge deal but a small thing we noticed compared to other stays).

Bonito y bien ubicado, pero ruidoso
Pros:

Piso bonito y bien decorado, aunque había algunos desperfectos. Las intrucciones para llegar eran claras y nos dejaron algo para desayunar, que es de agradecer. También nos guardaron las maletas hasta que nos fuimos al aeropuerto.

Cons:

Se oye mucho ruido de la calle y me costó dormir (era fin de semana, igual entre semana es más tranquilo).
