Gutes Hotel, fußläufig zur Stadt nach Konstanz oder Kreuzlingen und zum See.
Pros:

Für uns eine sehr gute Lage, wir können in wenigen Minuten in die Stadt und zum See laufen.

Cons:

Kein Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage, war sonst immer möglich..

Extremely stressful experience due to lack of communication, inaccessible host, and being left outside without check-in
Cons:

I had a very stressful experience with this property.

When I arrived, there was no clear check-in information available and the host did not answer WhatsApp messages or phone calls. I waited outside for more than an hour in the cold without knowing how to access the building or receive my room code.

Other residents tried to help me, but nobody had access to my room information. The host later insisted that my reservation had been canceled, even though I had a valid Booking.com confirmation and had received no prior notice of cancellation.

Booking customer service eventually had to assist me and I had to book another hotel in a DIFFERENT CITY at the LAST MINUTE.

This situation caused a lot of stress and anxiety during my trip. Communication and guest support were extremely poor. I would not recommend this property to solo travelers.

War optimal für was ich vorhatte.
Pros:

Die Lage war für meinen Zweck optimal. Die Anbindung an den ÖV war es ebenfalls.

Cons:

Wäre super, wenn man noch etwas zu trinken oder eine Kleinigkeit zu essen bekommen könnte, auch wenn man erst spät in die Unterkunft zurück kommt und vergessen hat einzukaufen oder wie am 1. Mai die Geschäfte geschlossen sind.

Okay, generell schöne, cleane Ausstattung- mit Mängeln
Pros:

Schöne Größe, gute Ausstattung

Cons:

Etwas vernachlässigt. Klodeckel gesprungen, Vorhang war teilweise abgelöst. Staubwolke im Schlafzimmer. Nicht mal eine Kapsel für die Kaffeemaschine.

Großer Schreck bei der Anreise, der Rest war ok.
Pros:

Super Lage, kostenloser Parkplatz, kein unfreundliches Personal weil einfach niemand da.

Cons:

Der Checkin war problematisch, die Kontaktdaten wurden alternativlos über ein Formular bei Microsoft abgefragt – das entspricht nicht meinen Erwartungen zum Umgang mit Kundendaten. Die ausgewiesene Nummer für den Checkin war nicht erreichbar (und nicht weil ich keine Schweizer Nummern anrufen kann, aber kein Whatsapp habe; ich habe es mehrfach von verschiedenen Rufnummern telefonisch versucht), ich saß erstmal ewig mit meinem Gepäck vor der Tür und musste einen anderen Parkplatz bezahlen. Über die Website habe ich dann eine andere schweizer Nummer gefunden unter der jemand ranging und den Code für den Schlüsselsafe ansagen konnte.
Auch unpraktisch sind die schweuer Steckdosen – ich musste mir einen eigenen Adapter besorgen.
Und weiterhin waren die Modalitäten vorab nicht vom Anbieter ausgewiesen.

Unkomplizierter Check in und out.

Cons:

Leider hatten wir keinen Balkon oder Terasse,sondern lediglich ein Platz auf dem Bürgersteig. Gebucht und bezahlt war etwas anderes! Zudem war die Klobrille kaputt, was einfach ignoriert wurde bei der Meldung im Hotel.
