Questa più che una recensione, è un ringraziamento per essere stati accolti dalla famiglia della Signora Chiara, abbiamo trascorso 12 giorni qui e già all'arrivo siamo stati accolti con un calore familiare, prima del check in, essendo che siamo arrivati con un volo di primo mattino, subito la signora si è sincerata se avessimo fatto colazione e ci ha accompagnati prima a mangiare qualcosa e poi dopo a sbrigare le pratiche del check in.
Questa è stata la terza volta a santorini ma grazie ai consigli della signora Chiara abbiamo scoperto una santorini diversa, non dai soliti posti già noti, ma ci ha fatto scoprire posti veri e genuini, ci consigliava al mattino le feste locali dell'isola e soprattutto dove andare a mangiare la sera insieme la gente locale. Per la prima volta che torniamo dalle vacanze le lacrime non sono state per il posto, le lacrime vere nel van del transfert, sono per le persone che abbiamo lasciato, le chiacchierate al mattino e alla sera, sono un ricordo indelebile. Un grazie alla Signora Chiara e un enorme Grazie a Janní, che tutte le mattine ci preparava un ottimo caffè ristretto, ci regalava sempre sorrisi ed è stato sempre disponibile. Grazie ancora a questa splendida famiglia sicuramente quanto prima possibile ritorneremo a salutarvi. Vi aspetto a Napoli. Francesco e Teresa

Absolute Top Lage ! 5 min. zum Strand, Cafe‘s und Restaurants! Alle Mitarbeiter sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich!

The staff were nice and welcoming. It is located in a good place in Kamari, about 5-10 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop going to Fira. The beach and local shops, restaurants are 5 minutes away. The swimming pool is nice.

L’accueil au top, le service au top, l’hygiène des chambres, du linge et de la piscine au top, l’emplacement au top, pas trop de monde à la piscine, très bel hôtel, magnifique séjour. On recommande cet hôtel!

The staff was very kind and helpful, they helped us with the transfer, car rental and late checkout. They were cleaning room every day. Pool is realy nice and there were a lot of beach chairs. Food was tasty.

Le persone della struttura sono state davvero fantastiche. Ci hanno subito fatto sentire a casa e ci davano supporto per ogni tipo di richiesta e/o necessità!!

The staff were amazing. It was like having a second family. They went out of their way to assist us renting a car for two days. The second time we wanted to rent we told them a little late in the day. But they called another family member from a different area and had the rental ready for us the next morning.
The room had a huge balcony overlooking the pool and the street. It was great relaxing and people watching from up there. The pool was great and clean. They also assisted us with a transfer from the port to the hotel and back. They were truly amazing! Everything is in walking distance, the beach, the main strip, car rentals and places to eat.

Family run hotels where staff are so helpful

My recent trip to Greece was nothing short of a dream, and a significant part of that was due to the incredible hotel where I stayed. It truly embodied the spirit of Greek hospitality and beauty.

The location was perfect near the beach and tons of places to eat.

The location was also perfectly situated for exploring the charming streets, with shops and restaurants It was far enough from the bustling town to feel secluded, yet close enough for easy excursions.

The room (4.5/5 Stars) was not modern but very clean.I especially appreciated pool area, which offered an idyllic spot for morning coffee and evening cocktails.

The staff at Maria Perka truly made the stay exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine warmth and smiles. Every member of the team, from the front desk to the restaurant servers, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction (5/5 Stars)

I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a truly special getaway in Greece. I can't wait to return!

The room was outstanding, the balcony amazing, the staff was outstanding and supportive, the location optimal with quietness and no stress.

Fantastic location - clean enough to eat your dinner off the floor- staff great with friendly gestures and some little surprise eats but not in your face

Lovely pool, the rooms and the facilities were very clean, ideal location, close to the beach and all the restaurants, bars and shops are all close by.

This place is amazing, close to the beach, in a central location, delicious breakfast, super friendly and helpful staff.

Nice small central Kamari Boutique Hotel, 2 min walk to Kamari beach, and very central în the midle of everiting. Our experience was very good for 1 week, room cleaning every day swiming pool very clean and relaxing (never busy as sometime we have the pool only for us.).Reception help us with everiting we need and cleaning lady's very hard working and always try to make sure we have everiting we need. After all very happy with this Hotel to explore Santorini as bus station only3-4 min. walk around the corner, and Reception can book everiting for you from boat trips to ATV, and so on. Good Value for Money as well.
