The inability to control the thermostat in the apartment. It was very cold. There were extra blankets provided. The extra blankets did not seem to be freshly washed. And I noticed sand on the comforter of the bed when I sat down. The handheld shower nozzle was an operable. There was only a rainfall showerhead, which everyone doesn’t appreciate. The rainfall showerhead was also very unkept in quite a bit of line buildup. We stayed for four nights. We were provided for towels, but only two washcloths. It would’ve been nice to have four washcloths to go with the towels. The notice in the room explained that we wouldn’t be provided extra towels, we would have to purchase our own if needed.

• At the reception, where they were supposed to have the keys, they didn’t have them. They also had no information and told us to call the owner, but the phone number listed on Booking.com didn’t exist.
• The refrigerator didn’t work during our entire stay.
• We had to search the apartment to find the duvets.
• There was a huge air conditioning unit under the windows that was so loud it made the windows shake 24/7
• We had paid for 4 nights but stayed only one.
• The worst part was that the owner promised to waive part of the stay fee, made us call Booking.com twice, but in the end, he didn’t confirm anything.

O quarto tem pouco isolamento sonoro, pelo que existem aparelhos de ar condicionado dos edificios ao lado em que o motor está mesmo á janela do quarto deste apartamento. Então é impossivel dormir com o barulho que vem dos aparelhos de ar condicionado. Só quem tem sono pesado consegue dormir bem.

Habia olor a cigarrillo impregnado en la habitacion. Las instalaciones bastantes deterioradas. Falta de respuesta de parte del host. Le envie unas consultas previas y durante mi estadia y me contesto despues de varias horas, diciendo que tenia poca señal porque estaba de vacaciones. Mi sensacion fue que no le importaba nada.

El elevador estaba un poco malo, algunas veces no se detenía en el piso que se indicaba.

I booked a room for my brother, myself and my 3 year old son. After looking at the reviews, I reached out to the manager to express my concerns around the noise coming from the bars/clubs downstairs. He reassured me saying the at because we are in the back of the building, we will not hear any noise. We checked in at 10pm on a Thursday night. It was super loud outside, which I expected. We enter the hallway and the music from downstairs is blasting, walls and floor are shaking. What I was not told, is that there is a dancefloor right under my room, which is blasting music every night until past midnight. I tried to reach out to the host as soon I arrived about the noise. He never responded .. until a couple of days later when I found a couple of dozen of live maggots in my bedroom floor. Also found spiders, cool room if you like exotic species.. The apartment is also very dated, the flooring is coming off, the ceiling in the bathroom is ravaged by water, behind the bathtub is rusty/moldy. Water came through a window during a storm as well and elevator's inspection past due. Absolutely avoid unless you like living with maggots, spiders, putrid walls and sound all night long.
