Pros:

Smooth check in. Good parking. Clean rooms.

Cons:

Noise from other guests (or were they permanent residents?) during the night. Kitchen oil smell in the hallway.

Krásné, čisté ubytování, možnost parkování ve dvoře.

Cons:

Ubytování má okna směrem k rušné silnici. Dále nelze oddělit kuchyňský kout, takže v noci ruší lednička. Kvalita toaletního papíru by mohla být vyšší.

Apartmán bol plne zariadený a veľký

Cons:

Malé parkovisko,navzájom sme sa blokovali a musel som parkovať na ulici(bol som slušne vyhnaní )a chýbal záves pri sprchovaní,celá kúpeľňa mokrá

Parádní domluva, žádný problém, hezký pokoj, příjemné prostředí

Cons:

Malinké mínus, i když má dům izolovanou fasádu tak v nejvyšším patře je dost teplo, samozřejmě když je venku 25 plus, pravděpodobně je to střechou ale jinak bez chyby.

Highly recommended!
Pros:

The apartament is very cozy, bright, spacious, well equipped and well kept. Self check in and check out - super convenient.
Big shop right across the street.
Some distance from the old town, but there were buses running nearby. We had our bikes with us so not a problem at all, just a short fun ride.

A decent stay in Hradec
Pros:

Great location, right next to Lidl and close to town attractions. Clean apartment. Comfortable bed and couch. Decent price per night. Owner was very responsive, and kindly provided a cot for our baby.

Cons:

Not nearly enough hangers in the wardrobe.
No fan or Aircon (and yes it was very hot regardless of when the apartment has sunlight). WiFi speed was very slow.
Noise from the neighbours can easily be heard through the walls.
Kitchen stove / oven are old. Certain kitchen appliances and certain cutlery are lacking.
Tight parking especially when other guests are there.

A bit away from the city centre but taxi costs only 100Kc/ max 5km in Hradec Kralove, so it was managable

Pros:

We had very comfortable staying here. The apartment is clean, cosy and light. The leaving room is large and with the tiny but comfortable kitchen. To leave the car is safe here ‘cos the parking place is close to the apartment’s windows. Mostly we liked the entrance to the green yard from the bedroom. Thank you!

Clean comfortable, plenty of space, very good for the price.
Pros:

vERY CLEAN, GOOD SIMPLE SPACE, SMALL KITCHEN, BUT THE DETAILS WERE THERE. FREE COFFEE, biscuits. The owners care about a good stay. Lovely big couch.

Cons:

The internet did not work the night we were there.
