The beach is right there and is a beautiful setting. The room is spacious and the bed was comfortable.

Room 16 not only has a balcony, it has a large 3 glass panel view directly of the sea and the marvelous beach and coast line. Impeccable.

Todella ystävällinen palvelu! Huone oli erittäin viehättävä, hyvä ilmastointi. Yhteydessä toimiva ravintola tarjosi alennuksen aamiaisesta. Haniaan kulkevat bussit pysähtyvät aivan vieressä. Ranta on täydellinen snorklaamiseen: pikku kaloja ja rapuja riittää ihmeteltäväksi.

Beach location, good staff, easy access to city

Loved the location right on the beach. Loved the restaurant & bar adjacent. Loved the large room, extra large bed & the stone shower with a viewing panel across the bar roof to the sea. Loved the easy parking & convenient bus stop to go into Chania. Lastly loved the people at Kakamaki from owners down.

Spacious near the beach

Really beautiful room was stunning especially the lovely big bed and gorgeous shower we had a really nice relaxing time loved the little bathrobes we felt like we stayed in a luxury spa for a week. And of course the gorgeous restaurant next door and beautiful private beach thank you for your hospitality we enjoyed ourselves

Location location location!!!! The rooms are also very spacious and comfortable. The beach is right there and we loved our time there. Parking is also right outside the Hotel.

Firstly, they really are not lying when they say the suites are luxury because we felt like royalty with our room and stay.

We stayed here for 6 nights and we genuinely did not want to leave. From the moment we arrived, Vanessa made us feel so warm and welcome.

Room:-
We stayed in the Master Suite with Hot Tub and Panoramic Sea View - and all I can say is WOW, and WOW again! This room was something you would find in your dreams.

The views were nothing short of spectacular and utterly breathtaking.

The room itself is spacious, with an extremely comfortable bed and very good air con unit (which was perfect when the temperatures were almost at 30 degrees!). The room also has a good mini fridge (which actually keeps drinks cold!), a shower unit with good pressure, a separate toilet room, balcony with two chairs and a table which overlooks the sea below and of course, the hot tub with jets, which is set overlooking the stunning views of the beach. There genuinely was nothing that could be added to this room, it was fully equipped which made the stay relaxing.

Staff:-
Vanessa made us feel so warm and welcome from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. She was more than happy to give us tips on things to do in the area and genuinely there is not a bad thing we could say about the service and reception we received.

The Kalamaki restaurant also owned by Vanessa and Stephanos is absolutely superb too. I’ve left a separate review on both Google and Trip Advisor so have a look there for a more detailed review! But all I will say is it is 10/10. During our 6 night stay, we ate there almost every day whether for breakfast, dinner or just for drinks and the food really is, in our opinion “elevated and mastered homely cooked Greek food”. My family are Greek and I can truly say the food brought back amazing memories for me. Cannot recommend enough.

We LOVED our stay!!
It is a family owned hotel/restaurant with very friendly staff, especially Stefanos! Stefanos helped us with whatever we needed/wanted to know, we could check in earlier upon arrival and on our last day he even gifted us his favourite rosé to drink when we return back home.
The room is just as in the pictures, spacious and it has a very comfy bed. The pillows were a bit hard for our taste, but we received softer ones when we requested it. The shower is very nice!
The restaurant has very good food and good portions, we ate here frequently. We even ordered lunch to go for a day cruise, which was perfect.
The hotel/restaurant is on a beach, and as a guest staying at the hotel you get free access to the sunbeds (second and third row). When we arrived the sea was a bit rough, but that was due to a storm. Later on the sea was perfectly calm.
