It was easy to find. Although check in was set for 3pm, we were able to check in at 1pm already.
The furniture is a bit old-fashioned, it could be noisy at times.
Beds were alright, shower was good.
No breakfast included.
We had problems with a parking ticket as the system wasn’t known to us. The landlord took care of it, which was very much appreciated. The manager was very friendly and nice.

Very nice, modern, clean and well-equipped apartment and a great stay in Rio Grande on our way down to Ushuaia. The building and flat are quite new and built to high standards, one of the best during our travels in Chile and Argentina. Communication with the host was easy with a video sent how to access the flat with a door lock code. The apartment is in a central good area, close to Tante Sara as a very good option for breakfast, coffee, or dinner.

The apartment very well desighned, nice furniture, and very well equiped. It was also quiet, had a lift.
There was a coffee machine that needed comptible capsules, but they didnt even leave 2 capsules for the morning. Thag was a little 'strange'.
There was no orher coffee or tea. We were given 2 single beds that couldnt be moved together.
