The property was beautiful, its own little paradise. The gardens and plants were calming and so beautiful. The host Simona was exceptional, I have never met a kinder more caring host.

De accommodatie was erg schoon en alles was aanwezig. De host van deze accommodatie zijn enorm aardig en behulpzaam, je kan bij hun terecht voor vragen over omliggende activiteiten en restaurants. Het uitzicht en de omgeving is geweldig, een echte Toscaanse ervaring met comfort. Het zwembad is schoon en prima om in af te koelen daarbij is het uitzicht vanuit het zwembad mooi. Wij hebben hier met enorm veel plezier onze vakantie gevierd met behulp van de host.

Wow what can we say about Castellina and most importantly Simona the amazing owner. We stayed here the week of our wedding and then I rented the space out for my guests. The rooms were so nice but still very authentic to the Tuscan location! Anything we needed Simona was so helpful and accommodating! Everyone who stayed here with us said how amazing the place was, the setting was beautiful and we couldn’t have wished for anything more!

Podere La Castellina is perfect for a quiet getaway amongst the rolling hills of tuscany, surrounded by beautiful scenery and history. Simona and Daniele are perfect hosts who look after you like family. The property is stunning and keeps with the tradition of the original 12th century architecture. The pool was a great addition and is lovely for those warmer days when you just want to laze around and chill for the day. There is plenty to see and do in the area. Siena is a 25min drive and both Florence and Bologna can be reached in under two hours. I would recommend this property to my friends and family, we had a brilliant time and hope to be back again soon...Finally, the highlight of the trip was seeing Gigio, the wild boar, who came for feeding time😊

La tranquilidad del alojamiento rodeado de naturaleza pero a la vez muy bien situado para visitar la Toscana. Simona fue una anfitriona excelente y atenta. Repetiriamos si .duda y lo recomiendo 100 por 100.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Sonia's holiday cottages! The location is stunning, perched on a hilltop with vast, panoramic views, which we enjoyed every morning. The setting is beautiful and peaceful, making it the perfect escape.
Upon our arrival, the cottages were well cleaned and spacious. The kitchen was decently equipped for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Beyond the fantastic property, Sonia herself was a very helpful host. She was readily available to answer any questions we had and offered some great local recommendations. Her warm hospitality truly enhanced our holiday experience. We would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a relaxing and picturesque getaway.

Wonderful place with renovated traditional houses on a hill surronded by a dense oak holm and oak forest, the apartment is equipped for everything you need, from the kitchen to cook your own meals, living room, sofa, TV etc... There is a swimming pool with wonderful view on the surrounding valley. The host Simona and his hudsband live in the next house, they are very helpful and will provide you all the info's you'll need for you holiday.

It was a very cool property it was an old convent that was very nicely, renovated in a very quiet, but beautiful piece of property… Daniella and Simona were awesome guests… Would highly recommend staying here if you want to piece of paradise with two accommodating and lovely hosts!! The property also was an easy drive to a lot of different places

Everything was exceptional!

Perfect location for exploring Tuscany. Siena, Florence, Pisa and San Gim all in reachable driving distance, a car is definitely needed, with lovely on site parking. The apartment had all the amenities needed for a relaxing self catering stay. Rooms are large and the air con was a huge bonus. The property and gardens are so beautifully maintained. The terrace has exceptional views across open countryside, perfect for evenings having dinner and watching the sunset. There is an outside bbq area for guests to use should they wish to. We travelled with our two children who particularly loved the resident cat and the fantastic pool. There are multiple areas with tables and chairs to choose to sit and relax throughout the property. Simone is an exceptional host, kind and available to help with any local tips that may be needed. There is a coop roughly 3 miles away for food and a local bar and cafe in Rosia. We had a fantastic stay and would recommend to anyone looking to explore Tuscany.
