Good location
Pros:

Great location, spacious place and parking available. Good overall facilities.

Cons:

Limited amount of hot water so can’t have baths as water turns cold.
No basic cleaning products - washing up liquid, sponge to wash dishes, soap, shower gel.
Bed mattress was inward pulling so uncomfortable for 2 people to sleep as get drawn into the middle.

L'emplacement proche du port de Villeneuve Loubet Plage, logement adapté aux personnes en situation de handicap ou aux personnes âgées. L'espace dans le T2 meublé
Le silence dans l'appartement. La possibilité de dormir dans une chambre sans lumière extérieure (rideaux en tissu+ stores métalliques

Cons:

Il manquait de l'éclairage dans la salle de bain (au niveau du lavabo : ampoule grillée ?)

Merci beaucoup pour le "upgrade" d'un appartement plus grand et plus comfortable car je suis handicappee.
Les messieurs de la reception sont tres gentiles

Cons:

Il y manque un peu des choses comme les plats, fourchettes, cuillieres. Et peut-etre des laissive.

Отличное место для семейного отдыха
Pros:

Отличный большой отель, с различными номерами.Нас было 4 человека, и номер с двумя комнатами, отдельно душ и туалет, комнаты небольшие,но места хватает для недели отдыха,есть балкон соединяющий комнаты, кухня в одной из комнат, с холодильником, печкой,микроволновой печью и посудой,а также несколько встроенных шкофов для вещей. Пляж рядом и рестораны тоже в достаточном количестве.Также собственная закрытая парковка в 5 мин. хотьбы от отеля, и бесплатная что не мало важно для приехавших на собственном, или арендованной автомобильне - это большой плюс!

Cons:

Уборки в номере нет совсем, с вас возьмут 50€ чтобы после вас убрать и поменять постели,для этого есть пылесос и швабра для собственноручной уборки.
Через пару дней меняют пароль на вьезде в паркинг, и об этом не сообщяют,приходится где то узнавать.Также берут залог в 200€,так что будьте готовы отдать кусочек собственного бюджета, в конце отдают обратно.

Odličan boravak. Odlično ljubazno osoblje.
Pros:

Lokacija je bila idealna. Volim ovo mesto baš. Villenouve Loubet ima šmek. Plaža lepa, marketi u blizini, apartman sa dve spavaće sobe je odličan. Veoma ljubazni na recepciji. Besplatan parking ograđen. Odlična konekcija sa Nicom i Antibes.

Cons:

Recepcija nije radila stalno. Biće super kada recepcija bude radila bar od 08.00 do 20.00.
Nema besplatnog interneta u sobama, to je minus baš. Dušek u spavaćoj sobi treba da bude udobniji, noviji.
