Pros:

L'emplacement de cette Résidence est idéal...
Les appartements sont agréable avec l'équipement nécessaire pour y passer un agréable séjour.

Cons:

Le ménage et la vaisselle ont été à faire en arrivant...
Concernant le canapé lit, celui de notre hébergement etait en très mauvais état...
Dommage pour une jolie résidence qui mériterait plus d'entretien

L'emplacement près de la mer.
La propreté de l'hôtel.

Cons:

La parking de l'hôtel est dans une autre rue. Il est préférable de se garer devant l'hôtel mais attention c'est zone bleue.
La literie n'était pas confortable.
Il faut replier le canapé lit a chaque fois sinon la circulation dans l'appartement n'est pas possible.
Pas de pression dans la douche.
La piscine était indiquée comme chauffée mais elle ne l'était pas (13 degrés).
Pas de kit d'arrivée (éponge, pastilles vaisselle) il faut le demander à la réception.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja przy samej plaży i dobre miejsce jako baza wypadkowa do zwiedzania Lazurowego Wybrzeża. Dużym plusem był również dostępny basen jak i darmowe parkowanie

Cons:

Zapach papierosów w częściach wspólnych (hol, recepcja itd), bardzo małe i niewygodne łóżka.

Pros:

L'emplacement

Cons:

Appartement au dessus de l'entrée. Très très bruyant. Claquement du portillon métallique à partir de 6h du matin et le soir très tard.
Frein de porte ne faisant pas sont travail....
Inadmissible de louer un appartement avec une gêne pareille.

Pros:

Excelente apartamento bien equipado y cómodo. Tiene piscina pero no la utilizamos, buena ubicación para acceder a Niza, Monaco, Mentón y Cannes. Tienes cerca la playa y algunos parques acuáticos.
Lo recomendamos.

Wohnung in toller Lage am Strand, sehr zentral und gut ausgestattet, auch mit Pool und Fitnesscente.
Pros:

Tolle Lage am Meer und gleich beim Hafen. Viele Restaurants und Shops zu Fuß zu erreichen. Gute Ausstattung der Wohnung. Pool und Fitnesszentrum inklusive. Wir bekamen auch einen Parkplatz, der im Preis inbegriffen war.

Cons:

Pool nur bis 18:00 Uhr offen.

Good location
Pros:

Great location, spacious place and parking available. Good overall facilities.

Cons:

Limited amount of hot water so can’t have baths as water turns cold.
No basic cleaning products - washing up liquid, sponge to wash dishes, soap, shower gel.
Bed mattress was inward pulling so uncomfortable for 2 people to sleep as get drawn into the middle.

Bon emplacement et calme
Pros:

L'emplacement proche du port de Villeneuve Loubet Plage, logement adapté aux personnes en situation de handicap ou aux personnes âgées. L'espace dans le T2 meublé
Le silence dans l'appartement. La possibilité de dormir dans une chambre sans lumière extérieure (rideaux en tissu+ stores métalliques

Cons:

Il manquait de l'éclairage dans la salle de bain (au niveau du lavabo : ampoule grillée ?)
