Very clean and goos organized .

Location near to Metropol hotel where we used beach.also next to villa there is market and 2 nice restorans.
The host and hostess were excellent, as were the facilities, everything was great. Particularly liked the garage to securely store and charge my e-bike. Great deck and kitchen, not a huge room but plenty of options with common spaces.

Very friendly and helpful owners,clean room with all necessary in it but small.Shared kitchen.Big common terrace.Accommodation is on the main road .Privite parking in the middle of the season is really releif.Beautiful beaches are reachable with car or by bus.
The most I liked was that the property is near the main road and has its own parking. The accommodation is in a well equipped room with minimum needed things. The kitchen is shared with separate locked up storage departments for every room. The owners were polite, informative, helpful and supportive.
The room was a bit smaller than what I expected. The noise isolation from other rooms is also weak. Although it was quiet for sleeping.
Friendly hosts, great location, comfortable bed. This is my second stay in the facility. And I will come back again.
The hosts are very nice, both in terms of being helpful and providing privacy. Also, I got a better apartment than the one I paid for, due to its availability and some renovation that was apparently in progress near the apartment I paid for (I didn't notice it). The location is literally on the main road. The apartments are very clean, and new. The lake-view is somewhat blocked by the hotels in the front, but it is still nice, the terraces are very nice. Parking space is ensured on site. Wifi is great. There is a great restaurant within 100m, one of the best in the whole Ohrid area I know of !!!
I had a great time so most of the things I didn't like are imagined potential situations, that hopefully will be helpful to future guests. That being said, it could feel crowded if there are two or more people in the apartments, as the space is really optimized... Considering the price, this is to be expected, and shouldn't be an issue for younger people. (Fortunately I was alone, and I felt quite comfortable. :) ) The parking space can potentially be an issue, due to the location of the ramp on the main road, limited visibility of the road itself etc. (Again, it was not the case for me, as it was open all the time during my stay). The TV is small, and it is partially visible when lying in the bed, and the cable channel selection was poor, both things to be expected. The terraces of the lake-view apartments should be visually separated better (can be done in a very simple manner).
The owners are so friendly. The rooms are very clean, transportation to the hotel is easy and the facility has a parking lot, which is a big advantage.
