Very nice stay
Pros:

The studio was very clean and pleasant. The locations is great. In the middle of all the nightlife but still a bit aside so we could enjoy both parties and calm silent sleep afterwords.
The hosts were really pleasant and helpful. Always answered my questions and helped me out with a laundry.

Cons:

The floor in the bathroom is stone cold and one towel is not enough to compensate it.

The laundry costs 4€ (in 50 cents coins) which is ok, but you need to bring your own detergent.

Also, the area is full of ticks (asked local pharmacist) and I got bitten by one of them even in February, so stay prepared

Pros:

Extremely helpful staff. We had a package arrive late after we checked out and they went out of their way to forward it to us.
Comfortable room with good amenities.
Right next to the gondola, very convenient location.
