Soggiorno memorabile
Pros:

Ho pernottato tre notti a palazzo Serraino. Cominciando dalla posizione, a lato della stazione ferroviaria ma in contesto sicuro, come purtroppo non si puo' dire di gran parte delle stazioni fs italiane, si e' a breve distanza a piedi da ogni punto di interesse compreso il piacevole lungomare. L'accoglienza e' stata favolosa. Si ha a che fare con persone veramente cordiali che non si sforzano di esserlo, ed e' bellissimo perche' sembra di avere a che fare con dei vecchi amici. I cagnetti sono deliziosi e affettuosi se ci si prende la briga di parlarci. La struttura e' bella e la camera molto molto comoda, cosa rara e' che anche il materasso e' confortevole. Pulizia specchiata e impeccabile. Molto gradito il tocco della moka inclusa tra le dotazioni della camera, da italiana possono togliermi tutto tranne il caffe' soprattutto al mattino. Palazzo Serraino e' encomiabile sotto ogni punto di vista, andateci e non ve ne pentirete.

Pros:

Gabrielle was delightful and very helpful, in spite of the language barrier. The room was large, the bed comfortable, the bathroom adequate.

Cons:

It was a challenge to find free parking nearby.

Para repetir y recomendar
Pros:

Nos gustó mucho lo cerca que estaba del centro y lo amplio que era el apartamento por dentro. Tuvieron el detalle de reservarnos un taxi para ir al aeropuerto al día siguiente. Además, nos dejaron un desayuno muy completo (croissant, pan tostado, café, leche, cereales…).
Las camas eran muy cómodas y los gerentes fueron encantadores.

Trapani comoda
Pros:

Struttura centrale per Trapani e comoda anche per parcheggiare. Da lì si può andare senza problemi in ogni parte della città a piedi.
