Super affordable place to stay with a family of 5. Great safe pool and nice quiet bar area A real chill out spot with
Pros:

Great spot between Agia Marina and Platanias. Kinda between both towns so super quiet at night. Pool is at back of property and not overlooked. Feels like the countryside. Staff were super helpful and really responsive. We stayed in a split level apartment (ev6) and it was super. Bus stop and fun train stop outside the front entrance. Beach across the road. Beautiful gardens. This place is old fashioned Greek accommodation and so much more chilled and authentic than the new expensive places. Would recommend the split level or full floor apartment.

Cons:

Only thing missing would be a small oven or air fryer all else perfect. Daughters want to go back !!

Pros:

Veĺmi pekné a hlavne pokojné ubytovanie. Nie priamo na hlavnej ceste s reštauráciami, ale blízko a pritom kľud. Cez cestu kúsok na pláž s lehátkami a slnečníkmi zdarma. Mali sme dvala apartmán takže priestoru veľa

Cons:

Na raňajky bol len raz vyložený teplý pult. Potom si bolo treba pýtať praženicu alebo párky a slaninu. Za 10 eur na osobu by to malo byť samozrejmé.

Très bon moment dans cet hôtel
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner très bon.
L'emplacement proche de la mer
Appartement spacieux
Le jardin très bien entretenu et aux odeurs envoûtantes

Cons:

Une fois par semaine le petit déjeuner n'était pas assurée par la dame habituelle, le service s'en faisait ressentir.

Pæne rene værelser, godt poolområde, og meget søde og hjælpsomme medarbejdere.

Cons:

Internettet på væreslet var dårligt. Virkede kun på fællesområder.
Den ene pool var lukket af, så alle gæster skulle være ved den samme, men det gik!

Pros:

Veldig hjelpsomme damer i resepsjonen, koselig anlegg, fin uteplass for oss som var mange. God plass ved bassenget.

Cons:

Litt dårlig renhold på rommet. Vi bodde seks på en leilighet som nok krever hyppigere tømming av søppel. Lite vask av rommet og badet ble gjort på de 12 dagene, men fikk nytt sengetøy og håndduker et par ganger.

דירת חדר שינה אחת מאוד מרווחת. חדר שינה גדול וסלון בו הילדים ישנו במיטת ספה נפתחת. מרפסת חמודה שיוצאת מהסלון, אחת שיוצאת מחדר השינה וגם בכניסה מן מקום לשבת שמשקיף על הים (השקיעות נהדרות).
מטבח מאובזר (היה חסר לי טוסטר לחיצה, היה טוסטר צנימים).
נתנו לנו סבונים נוזליים.
נקי מאוד וכל המתחם מלא בפרחים, עצי פרי דשא ובזיליקום, מה שנותן אווירה מאוד נעימה.
בריכה מושלמת עבורנו. מספיק כיסאות בריכה וגם האורחים האחרים היו מאוד נחמדים כך שהשהייה במחיצתם הייתה נעימה בבריכה.
החליפו לנו מגבות. הצ'ק אין היה עצמאי כי הגענו מאוחר הם פשוט השאירו מפתחות והסברים מפורטים.
חדר רחצה מרווח ונקי.
ביום האחרון הטיסה שלנו הייתה מאוחר בלילה והצוות הציע לנו גם שמירת חפצים וגם מקום להתקלח אחרי הים/בריכה לפני שניסע לשדה תעופה.
יש בר/מסעדה צמוד לבריכה. מחירים קצת יקרים אבל צוות מאוד חביב.

Cons:

זרם המים(!) היה מאוד מאוד חלש ובלילה הראשום לא היו מים חמים כל כך. בבוקר דיברתי איתם אבל זה לא באמת עזר. היו אחכ מים חמים אבל צריך לחכות להם הרבה זמן

Perplexed, ideally located, nice and lovely staff but inconvenient room
Pros:

Location is perfect, many good restaurants, supermarkets and shops at walking distance.
About 10-20mins drive to get to Chania depending on the traffic, and ideal to explore the west side of Crete while not having to drive back and forth for too long (about 30minutes to 1 hour) depending on where you want to go.

The best beach in Crete (after touring the whole island for 13 days) to my opinion is Falassarna beach which is about 40minutes drive from this hotel.

Cons:

The commodities in the room were a bit lacking and some of them very old or not well maintained, but the one standing out was the noisy AC (which is a must when staying during the summer).

The shower was very small to my perspective and i'm not a big guy ... it's protected by curtains which get in the way and annoy you all the time.

Still, the biggest let down for me was the isolation of the room, it felt like you were still in the hallway even when it was closed...the entry door might have been good for a bathroom but it was definitely not suitable to be the entry/exit of the room. I could hear people walking in and out of their rooms as if it wasn't closed; same thing when the cleaning staff came by in the morning (i could hear them all the way from the top floor of the building while they were still in the ground floor or lower floors so you can imagine the noise when they were in the rooms next door).

One last annoying thing, when you removed the key fob (to enable electricity in the room), there was no delay; definitely a first for me. Everywhere i went, there always was at the very least a few seconds delay; it wouldn't have been an issue if there was a manual lock inside for the door or if the key and key fob were separate but imagine you're getting home at night, no lights and you need to lock the room from the inside (needless to say but if you don't lock, anyone could open the door from the outside).

A few adjustments to the room would make it easily an 8/10

Amazing
Pros:

I loved my stay at Evdokia! The room was quiet and comfortable, the breakfast was very good (I loved the chocolate cake and the croissants!), and the 2 pools amazing, especially the bigger one that have sun until late afternoon. The location is great, though it is better to walk a bit up to find a nice sandy beach.

Cons:

As often in hotels, the shower was a bit small and easily flooded, and the curtains not dark enough in the morning, but it's a very small inconvenience compared to the good value of the apartment. I'll definitely go back.
