Cons:

They put complementary breakfast but serving only one dosa saying this is our policy if you need more they simply says to buy or eat outside
TV is there but no channels displayed because they never recharged. I asked him to recharge but not done

I had booked this place for a friend of mine and booked from 22feb till 27feb, he was flying from UK and reached Bangalore on 23rd early morning and checked out by 25th feb, spoke to the hotel guy he told we should pay 16k and then 14k, we spoke to booking.com and rep informed us to 6100 but Benaka staff, he was not ready to listen and told to pay 10k otherwise we can’t checkout. We had to pay and leave. it is very bad, initially he asked us to talk to booking.com, and to pay accordingly but post talking he insisted us to pay 10k. Very disappointed with the staff.

Not worth for the money
Cons:

The bathroom is outside the service apartment, not attached to the bathroom. They don't provide breakfast on time since they are charging for a complimentary breakfast. Room rent is too high
