Pros:

Giorgios uns Stelle waren sehr freundlich, immer hilfsbereit und haben uns schnell ins Herz geschlossen. Die Suite war/ist außergewöhnlich schön gestaltet, sehr geschmackvoll und auch die Putzfrau hat sich jeden Tag sehr bemüht. Der Pool ist mit dem flachen Einstieg ein Traum und sehr schön.

Cons:

Die Anlage an sich ist bis auf den Pool schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen (Spielplatz, Tennisplatz..) auch wenn die Pflanzen extrem schön sind. Leider hatten wir immer wieder ein Problem mit schlechten Gerüchen (Abfluss etc), dafür können die Betreiber wohl nichts aber es ist trotzdem unangenehm. Das Frühstück war zwar sehr gut (frisch gepressten Orangensaft, frische Eier, griechisches Joghurt mit Honig etc.), aber jeden Tag genau das Gleiche. Wir waren 5 Tage hier und hätten uns bei 4 Sterne schon etwas Abwechslung erhofft.

La posizione e la vista

Cons:

La struttura a dispetto delle foto si presenta decadente , gli arredi degli alloggi mostrano evidenti segni di usura con manutenzione inesistente , maniglie che si staccano e finestre che non chiudono.
La doccia a pavimento e a vista allaga il pavimento del bagno.
Pulizia degli alloggi approssimativa e un giorno totalmente mancata.
La dotazione della cucina degli alloggi e' scarsa .
La cassaforte dell'alloggio non funzionava.
La colazione sempre uguale tutti i giorni con prodotti scongelati di bassa qualita' e servita da personale sbrigativo.
Piscina con acqua torbida poco invitante e lettini sporchi che non invogliano.
4 stelle sulla carta ma in realta' 3 stelle scarse.

Last-minute booking, first-class experience!
Pros:

I don’t usually write reviews, but I hope this helps someone who’s trying to decide — just like I was. I booked a short stay last minute and stayed in the Karpathian Cottage and it completely exceeded my expectations.

The cottage had two comfortable rooms, two bathrooms with good water pressure, and everything was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. It was quiet, relaxing, and exactly what I needed.

The highlight, though, was the staff — Stella, George, John, and one more whose name I sadly don’t remember — they were all truly exceptional: welcoming, helpful, and professional.

I highly recommend staying here and would absolutely come back again.

A nice charming place on the hill
Pros:

The property is located on a hill, with a direct view over dramatic sea - spectacular view. The hotel has a nice swimming pool and sunbathing area, an apartment building and some detached bungalows , a tennis court and laundry facilities. A bit run down, it has some old charm and is very ,very relaxing. We stayed there 3 days and overall, enjoyed it. You can rent a car, and the hotel serves simple daily meals (nothing fancy but if you`re hungry, you will not regret). The staff is very friendly and lovely - that was the highlight of our stay. They put us in a bigger apartment so that we could have some privacy and our own rooms, which I highly appreciated. There was a daily cleaning service and fantastic laundry facilities- just perfect after a week of sailing:)

Cons:

As in many seaside resorts, the smell of fungus/dampness was prevailing - quite heavily which to me personally was unbearable. The rooms have very little insulation or noise proofing - so the sound of cicadas was so powerful, the earplugs and noise cancelling headphones couldnt beat it ;-) If you are a light sleeper- book somewhere else. Come with a car- the property is on the hill and to get anywhere from there, you need one. Luckily, you can rent it from the hotel for a very good price. The property is not new- the sofas and some furniture is quite run down, and the sofa we slept on was not the cleanest, to say the least - but for a few days, and for travelers on the budget, it`s ok.
