Η ΕΞΑΙΡΕΤΙΚΗ ΦΙΛΟΞΕΝΙΑ ΚΑΙ Η ΥΠΕΡΟΧΗ ΘΕΑ
La struttura nel suo complesso è ottima, dagli spazi ai servizi, passando per il personale molto disponibile! Avrebbe bisogno secondo me di più manutenzione, sia la rubinetteria dei bagni che le zanzariere che non c’erano. Posizione per noi ottima, tranquillissimo fuori dal traffico ma, a 10 minuti dal porto. Colazione abbondante, variegata e buona ma, la stessa per tutta la settimana. Nel complesso siamo stati più che soddisfatti, ottima vacanza di relax.

Wat ons heel erg tegen is gevallen is het ontbijt. Bevroren brood moet echt niet kunnen, het fruit bestond uit een appel of banaan. En het vleeswaren en de kaas werden niet gekoeld. De Wi-Fi ien data is hier super slecht.
Excellent pool and view of the coastal area. Ongoing assistance by Konstandina at reception ensuring we were looked after.
Breakfast Buffett limited options. Cutlery provided was tiny. Location not near restaurants, need a car/Taxi but wasn't a major issue with Konstandina's assistance and recommendations.

Lovely views over the bay. Peaceful location. Our suite was spacious, with a big balcony. Nice big swimming pool, nice pool area. Receptionist recommended some restaurants. Solid breakfast, and they make a good frappe to go with it
Nearest restaurants 25 mins fast steep walk. Not the hotel's fault & we knew when booking, but we needed our car.
Driving from Ermoupoli, when turning off the main road 2 mins from the hotel Google Maps says take the 1st left, a steep rough road. The 2nd left, a curved road, is flatter and easier to drive on. It would be useful to have a hotel sign pointing guests up the better road.
Receptionist is nice but could give more specific info to new arrivals: she said follow her to our room, got in a car and took off; we couldn't see where she'd gone. Recommendations of day trips, attractions & buses would help; e.g. leaflets & timetables at reception. Evenings are very quiet: pool bar closes at 16:00. Muesli or oats would be a good addition to the breakfast cornflakes.
Room c8 is a bit dated; few lamps, bathroom door handle came off in my hand, a hole in the shower is plugged with plastic. It could do with an end-of-season deep clean; thickish dust on the shower sill, limescale on taps, grout needs a scrub. Sofa cushions in the area above the pool have a lot of cat hair.
It's a bit expensive for what it is; a fair price for our suite in its current condition is more like €80-100/night
The location is stunning. We adored the balcony! We are so grateful to Konstantina for her help throughout our stay. She was very kind and flexible with us. Her little kitten kept us company too!
There are no shops close by so if you don't drive, it is important to make sure you have enough food and water for your stay.
The view was amazing & the pool was lovely.
The suite was tired & jaded, with rust on the shower & broken mosquito screens & a temperamental safe with incorrect instructions.
Nous avons été très bien accueilli. La personne nous a expliqué en détail tout les coins sympa à voir sur l'île. L'hôtel dispose dun cadre exceptionnel.
La piscine est très grande
Très bon petit-déjeuner supervisé par une charmante personne.

Ησυχο περιβάλλον αλλά πολύ κοντά στην Ερμούπολη και τις απάνεμες παραλίες στον όρμο της Βάρης. Επίσης είχε πολύ καλό internet και πολύ ωραία πισίνα. Τέλος να μιλήσω γιά το προσωπικό,ήταν όλοι εξαιρετικοί,η Κωνσταντίνα στην υποδοχή και η Ιρα στην φροντίδα των δωματίων!!
Οχι πολύ καλός εξοπλισμός στα σκεύη κουζίνας,η τηλεόραση δεν λειτούργησε ποτέ,ευτυχώς είχαμε μαζί μας τα laptops μας κι έτσι είδαμε ό,τι θλελαμε να δούμε.
The room had everything we needed and the staff were so helpful. The views were like nothing I’ve ever seen, the pool was immaculate and our stay could not have been better.
It ranged from €8-€12 per taxi, depending on where you were going. We recommend going to Azolimnos Beach and eating at Merseana, taking a trip to Ana Syros and exploring - we did this and then walked down into Ermoupoli. Ermoupoli is so vibrant and beautiful. You have to go swimming in its beaches (pictured) and eat at the incredible Astakos. We went twice!
I have an allergy to milk/eggs which Sunrise Beach accommodated by proving vegan yogurts and milk options. They also gave me a free bottle of wine for my birthday. Every staff member was welcoming, generous and had a lovely, positive energy.
We will be back!
If I could give no stars for this property I would.
Absolutely the worst place I’ve stayed in the last 4 weeks of travelling.
- Unsafe shower stall and bathroom. Extremely slippery and tiny shower stall. Actually dangerous and my daughter almost slipped. Not worth risking a permanent injury for this place so we left after only 1 night, even though we had booked and paid for 3 nights. Hotel refused to refund any money. Still trying to pursue this with the third party platform we booked on;
- Mattresses are rock hard. The only place I’ve ever stayed in similar was a tiny little place in Laos which cost USD10 per night. By contrast this place is charging €140 per night. The beds are so uncomfortable it is almost impossible to sleep. Sofa bed is even harder;
- No wifi in rooms. Wifi only in the office area. This is not as offered/advertised by the property;
- there is no safe drinking water in the rooms which we were not advised of at check in;
- cleaning staff tipped over my contact lenses left on bathroom counter and ruined them;
- no outlets in the bathroom…why?!!
Ιδανική τοποθεσία με μαγευτική θέα. Πολύ κοντά στην Ερμούπολη. Ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο. Πολύ φιλικό προσωπικό.
Fantastiskt fint boende med stor lägenhet, jättefin pool och mycket bra personal
Ligger lite långt ifrån bad och restauranger men har man eget färdmedel är det inga problem
