Apartamento tranquilo
Pros:

Apartamento sencillo y funcional, bastante nuevo y decorado con gusto. Tiene todo lo necesario.
El entorno es muy tranquilo, es una casa grande aislada (villa), con pocos alojamoentos y tiene parking.

Cons:

Pros:

Un lugar tranquilo, con zona exterior de piscina y barbacoa.
La ubicación me gusta está a 3 minutos de Momcatapacho donde allí hay supermercado.
Silvia muy amable y muy atenta. En todo momento.
El apartamento estaba muy bien, muy limpio con Aire acondicionado, es más cuando llegamos estaba fresquito, Silvia lo habiIa encendido con antelación.
El parlamento tenía todo en cuanto a menaje de cocina
Las camas eran cómodas.

Cons:

Que me tocó un apartamento que daba para la parte de atrás..pero era muy tranquilo.

Très agréable séjour, mais un tarif Booking beaucoup trop élevé par rapport au prix en direct.
Pros:

Très bon accueil, belle piscine et espaces extérieurs très agréables. La climatisation fonctionne parfaitement, ce qui est particulièrement appréciable en été.

Le canapé-lit prévu pour les enfants n’était malheureusement pas très confortable.

Concernant le tarif, nous avons payé 530 € pour 3 nuits en réservant via Booking.com, alors que le tarif pratiqué en réservation directe était d’environ 110 € par nuit. Une différence de près de 200 € sur le séjour, vraisemblablement liée aux frais et commissions de la plateforme, qui rend le prix proposé sur Booking.com particulièrement peu compétitif. Il est donc préférable de comparer les tarifs avant de réserver.

Pros:

La piscine est agréable et Sylvia est vraiment disponible et très agréable.

Cons:

Nous logions dans un appartement et nous ne pouvions pas étendre nos affaires de piscine. Le bloc clim est que dans le salon. Donc dans le chambre et la cuisine il y fait très chaud. Des travaux sont prévus fin d'année 2025 pour régler le problème.

Pros:

Sítio sossegado, boa piscina, apartamento confortável, com o essencial para uns ótimos dias de férias em família. Apesar de já ser um pouco datado, tem o necessário para uma excelente estadia (frigorífico, congelador, microondas, fogão, forno...). Há um Intermarché a poucos minutos de carro.

Cons:

Em geral, gostámos muito da estadia! Dito isto, tivemos ligeiras dificuldades na regulação do ar condicionado e também na regulação da temperatura do duche (ou muito quente ou muito frio).
Não é um local bom para correr.

It was authentic off the beaten track small and personal the terrace and swimming pool are a great asset, Sylvia is lovely always on hand and very helpful. The rooms were well equipped with everything you need for your stay. Located in a quiet area

Cons:

Everywhere is a little tired and dated. We understand that the property had recently changed hands and the previous owners hadn’t kept up with the maintenance. The new owner has great plans but it is difficult to carry out works when the property is fully booked all summer.

La piscina. El apartamento tenía todo lo que necesitas para tu estancia. Nos encantó la atención de Silvia, que nos dio varias recomendaciones de restaurantes y sitios para cenar y fueron de 10! Es muy amable, pendiente a todos los detalles y necesidades que tuviéramos. Nos encantará volver en un futuro.
