Extremely disappointing stay, it has serious cleanliness and maintenance issues
Pros:

The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is that the front desk staff were genuinely friendly, pleasant, and professional but unfortunately they couldn’t make up for the hotel’s serious cleanliness, maintenance, and overall quality issues.

Cons:

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times over the past few years and unfortunately the quality has steadily deteriorated while the price has continued to increase. This stay was by far the worst and I’ve decided I will not be returning ever again.

The room had numerous cleanliness and maintenance problems:

• The bathroom floor was dirty and covered with heavy limescale.
• The sink became clogged on the first day.
• The bathroom trash can cover was broken and would not open properly.
• The hairdryer was covered in a thick layer of dust.
• The lights next to the bed did not work.
• The room floors were clearly not properly cleaned. Walking barefoot for a minute left the soles of my feet extremely dirty.
• The shower was dirty, drained poorly and leaked water onto the bathroom floor. There was significant limescale throughout the bathroom.
• The balcony chairs were unusable due to dirt and dust and the balcony floor itself was covered with a thick layer of dust.
• Under one of the bedside tables there was accumulated dirt and dust, and l even found someone else's dried contact lenses on the floor.
• The shampoo and hand soap appeared to be the exact same liquid they just simply refilled it into different dispensers.
• The carpet in the room was also dirty and there was a large crunchy/stiff area that felt as though something had been spilled and left to dry without being properly cleaned. I had to actively avoid stepping on it because it felt nasty whenever it touched my foot.

The most serious issue was the bathroom plumbing. The toilet flush stopped working properly abruptly late at night. After informing the front desk, I was told plumbers would come the next day which forced me to leave the hotel at midnight to use a friend’s bathroom. The plumbers came but the issue was not fully resolved. They somehow made it worse, the flushing buttons were no longer properly sealed to the wall and came off when I tried using them.

large for each room . and convenient location to EIEC exhibition.

Cons:

the feedback of hotel is slower when I check out. No receipt when I checked out, promised me that they would mailed receipt to me later. so, about 10 days past, I still didn't got it .
