Excellent facilities and friendly host
Pros:

Very spacious - you could stay here as two couples and feel that you each had your own space.
Full balcony to self.
2 showers/toilets.
Dishwasher and well equipped kitchen.
Friendly hosts.
Felt private.

Cons:

Not a fault of property, but location rose - I think if we were to stay in the region again we would stay further down the valley towards Mayrhofen. As for walking and klettersteig we had to get the train down valley every day.
Fugen town had everything you need logistically - 2 big supermarkets.
It is expensive for what it is, almost £500 for an apartment in a quiet area. I feel £350 would be a fairer price.

Great value and lovely place.
Pros:

Friendly owner, very spacious, very clean and comfortable. Wonderful views from the balcony up the mountain. Ski busses were also very close. And local shops within a 2 min walk.

Relaxing stay in a roomy apartment
Pros:

Everything! The hosts are very kind. The apartment was large enough for a family, had two balconies with very nice mountain views. The kitchen had everything, all the cooking stuff you need, except a toaster. The bathrooms and the bedrooms had all comfort we needed. TV in every room incl. kitchen. The free baby bed for our baby was a really good one made from wood, very comfortable. Internet was good. Free parking places in front of the house. In a very quiet street but 50 meters to the supermarket, shops and restaurants. Lots of tracking, sightseeing and sports activities in short driving distance. Great place for a long stay.

Cons:

The garbage room downstairs, but I think it is typical in Austria.

Fabulous apartment
Pros:

This is a fabulous apartment which is really clean. If you use the lounge there are 5 different sleeping areas (One bedroom is accessed through another bedroom which worked well for our family)
MPreis and Spar are both within a 5 minute walk. The swimming pool is a 10 minute walk away. The ski bus stop is outside the door.
The only negative is that the ski buses didn’t always come on time (once didn’t come at all) and don’t run that frequently- but that is out of control of the owner. We travelled from England by train so the location worked well for us as we didn’t have a car.
