Das war kein Frühstück für ein 4-Sterne-Haus
Pros:

Neuer moderner Sauna-Bereich, 3 Saunen. Top Balkon, leider bei -15 Grad zu kalt...

Cons:

Extrem weichen Matratzen, man liegt in einer Kuhle. Die einzige Lademöglichkeit für Elektro-KFZ waren gleich 5 vorhandene Kraftstromsteckdosen in der recht professionell wirkenden Tiefgarage mit Hebebühnen. Zur Nutzung benötigt man das Netzteil des KFZ, was schon reiner Zufall war, dass wir das mitgenommen hatten. Am nächsten Morgen nach Nutzung sagte die Vermieterin zu uns, dass das "eigentlich" nicht zu benutzen ist, weil die Kraftstromanschlüsse nicht für KFZ-Ladung versichert wären. Andere Nutzer hatten ihr JFZ jedoch auch über die roten KS-Dosen geladen.

Das ist für uns als Mieter nicht nachvollziehbar und unprofessionell. Dass sie uns pro Nacht -im Nachhinein- 50 Euro pro Ladung pauschal berechnen wollte, obwohl wir noch 60 % im Speicher hatten, ist im Vergleich zu anderen 4 und 5 Sternehotels extrem teuer (üblich 0.59 €/kwh).

2. Mängelpunkt:
Für ein 4-Sterne-Haus war das Frühstück unterirdisch. 4 kleine Scheibchen Schinkenspeck statt Schinken, Kochschinken mit gewelltem, hart getrockneten Rand, 2 normale Brötchen und 2 Körnerbrötchen, wovon 2 innen auf 2 cm hart waren, also mindestens vom Vortag, vermutlich noch älter. Minischälchen mit 1 x Marmelade-, 1 x Frischkäse, 1 x Leberwurst, 3 x Butter, 1 x Margarine, alles nur Mini-Fertigtöpfchen. Einziger Lichtblick: auf Angebot kam für uns 2 Erwachsene je 1 Ei als Rührei frisch, 2 pro Person wären aber wünschenswert gewesen. 1 Brotlaib zum selbstsbschneiden außer den 4 Brötchen und lieblos offen liegenden (6) Scheiben teils trocken und 1 sehr wässerig schmeckender Orangensaft ergänzen das Spartanische Bild. Frisches Obst gab es nur in einem Korb mit ungeschnittenen 3 Apfelsinen / Äpfel. Übrigens: für uns was das Frühstück um 9.30 Uhr definitiv für ca. 1.250 Euro für 4 Nächte keine 2 Sterne wert. Dass man erst an ca. 8 Uhr frühstücken konnte, war für uns kein Problem, aber vielleicht für Skifahrer, die um 8.30 Uhr auf der Piste stehen wollen.

Nice apartment but everything extra is way to expensive

Cons:

Prices! The coffee machine looks like a Nespresso but the Nespresso cups dont fit and you need to buy special cups at the receptions for 1,5€ per cup. Also having breakfast delivered to your door is very expensive 2€ for a semmel is ridiculous.

The lady at the Gramaser in Ischl was very unfriendly and quite aggressive when we had parked our car in Gramser Ischl (which we had agreed with other staff). The way she treated us gave a very unpleasant feeling. not nice during a holiday, not how you should treat guests

Amazing place, would absolutely stay again!
Pros:

Excellent place - very modern and clean! The host is very helpful and welcoming. Quiet, but close to a bus stop and only 10 min away from Ischgl. Great saunas on site!

Cons:

We had some issues with internet one day, but nothing serious.
